Wir waren für eine Nacht in Luxemburg und dafür war das Hotel Empire perfekt. Wir wurden sehr freundlich empfangen und alles wurde schnell und unkompliziert abgewickelt. Die Zimmer waren sauber und für einen kurzen Aufenthalt mehr als ausreichend. Das Frühstücksbuffet hat uns sehr überrascht, die Auswahl war liebevoll und von hoher Qualität. Durch die Lage direkt am Hauptbahnhof bzw. einer Hauptverkehrsstraße kann es natürlich mal lauter werden, im 3. Stock war es aber vollkommen OK. Dafür ist alles fußläufig erreichbar und wir waren trotz Parkplatz am „P+R Lux Sud“ mit dem Bus innerhalb von 15 min am Hotel. Gerne wieder!

盧森堡美麗,歷史悠久,迷人的酒店,靠近火車站(從老市中心步行約15分鐘)。酒店令人愉快,很乾淨,裝飾有品味。工作人員可愛,樂於助人。牀很舒服,房間很寬敞,我很高興我們有一個風扇可供我們使用(已經放在房間裏),因爲我們參觀時天氣很熱。我們肯定會再呆在這裏,這個地方是一塊寶石。

位置在火車站附近很方便,加上離公交和電車站都很近。酒店外面的馬路上有很多施工,但不是問題。我們的房間大小合適,不算大,但開放式衣櫃/存儲空間不錯。牀很舒服,枕頭真的很好!浴室淋浴真的很大,洗手池很小,但總體不錯。插座/插頭很多,鏡子不錯,書桌很長。早餐我們沒做,所以不能這麼說。我們也沒有去屋頂酒吧。雖然大堂/接待區很小,但很溫馨,很新,就像房間一樣。一切都很乾淨,很新,很現代。工作人員超級樂於助人,很好。我們會很高興再次入住這裏。

Reception: Man was helpful and efficient, maps offered at time of checkin, and also advised that all public transport in Luxembourg country is free of charge (at the time of our stay). Room / facilities: Room number 504 is on the 5 floor and is clean, cosy and basic, a queen bed, flat screen TV, small table, 1 chair and ottoman. The room has to much furniture for the 12sq m room size. The room is facing the rear of the hotel and is very quiet. There is a self control air con fan (built into the roof) with a window that opens a small amount. The ibis Styles room has zero room amenities to offer guests, no fridge, no tea/coffee, no safe, no bottled water, which would be expected in a Ibis Styles.….. I have experienced more amenities in a standard ibis hotel when i was in vietnam a few days prior to arrival into Luxembourg. Laundry: Drop off laundry service is available at additional cost. Parking: is available at an additional cost Wifi: Complementary and really good speed. Email address required to access. Conclusion: Very close to the main train station, supermarkets around the corner or next door, old town is approx 1km or a 10 min walk, trams depart regularly to old town direction. The main train station is a 2 min walk also bus and tram stops. Letdowns: Whilst there are many nightclubs in the general area, it did make one feel slightly uncomfortable whilst walking the street. Construction noise during the day is heard from the construction at the end of the street. It was very odd, that upon our checkout the reception man offered us a coffee on departure. Despite entering and exiting the hotel numerous times throughout our stay, we were never offered a coffee. Location / Nearby: Main train station, supermarket around the corner or next door. Old town centre is about a 1km (or 5 mins on the tram), main train station, bus stops and tram stop are a 2 min walk. Getting to hotel: Best use GPS. From the Lux airport, Bus 29 will take you to the main train station this is direct and can take 30 mins depending on traffic. Public Transport is currently free (at the time of our stay)

I stayed 2 nights at this hotel for business. I got to the hotel from the airport on bus 29 and arrived around noon. Was hoping to check-in early but was advised the check-in time was later, although I can check-in earlier if I registered to be an Accor member - which I ended up doing although didn't really want to. The hotel is located in a quiet/more commercial part of town within 10 minutes walking distance to the train station and a short bus ride (5+ minutes walk to the bus station) to the touristy part of town. For a 4-star hotel, I expected a bigger room, a bath tub and a pool but the room otherwise had all the usual toiletries and coffee/tea making facilities. Buffet breakfast was excellent with freshly squeezed orange juice although it was only on the 2nd morning that I realised that the cold cuts were on a table at the back of the restaurant. Although breakfast officially starts at 6am, food was still being taken out from the kitchen at 6:20am. Reception was helpful with directions but after I checked out, I got a SMS from my bank notifying me that I had a Euro 1 charge on my card by the hotel - not sure if it was because I requested a printed copy of the invoice at check out because if that was what the Euro 1 was for, then reception should have informed me beforehand? At approximately Euro 200 a night, not value for money in my opinion.

嗯,頂樓般的餐廳:絕對是歐洲首都最壯觀的景色之一,與我在7月15日星期六的這家餐廳相比,略顯令人歎爲觀止:在我面前,一個孤獨的黑髮女人的微笑,後來在早餐時,她肯定是阿芙羅狄蒂的女兒!如可用,我應該申請週日早上延遲退房,而不是在前台留下她,(嘆氣)週末總是太短!所以是的,所有的觀點都考慮在內,餐廳的早餐很棒(因爲缺少一個景色,晚餐略遜一籌)!;)更嚴重的是,這個火車站距離酒店只有10分鐘的路程,所以您可以欣賞這座城市,就像在那裏一樣。此外,非常好的單人間,豐富的菜餚,愉快的甜點(芒果做得很好)和所有關心的人!在那張紙條上,這家酒店度過了一個非常愉快的週末,明年我一定會回來的,希望再次欣賞完全相同的景色!對酒店的所有人員:感謝您的服務!

Booked this hotel rather than a chain hotel for one night. On arrival the chap on reception was very helpful and welcoming and took time to show us on the map where everything was. On their website it says reception 24 hours, but it's not, we were advised there would be no one there from 9pm and no one there when we left at 7:30am. Not a massive big deal but I personally would never choose to stay in a hotel where there is no 24/7 reception. When we got to the room we found the linen and towels really clean but the room was in bad need of decoration. The sink was stained yellow, there was no plug for the sink. The shelf on the mirror above the sink was obviously broken and had been taken off. Had to be really careful that nothing dropped down the sink as there was no shelving. There was writing on the wall, and not the decorative type, the door was all battered and marked. No aircon, so had to have window open which was really noisy, especially with the planes coming into land at Luxembourg airport. It was ok for one night, we arrived at 6pm and left at 7:15am but would choose a different hotel next time.

Odd, odd place. Can't tell the hotel from the road as its hidden behind a restaurant, which is where you have breakfast, which has no kerb appeal at all, infant could do with a jet wash. Once through the barrier down a cobbled lane you eventually find the reception. Check-in was smooth and reception clean. Room spacious, clean and comes with kettle, fridge, safe and complimentary water. Nicely decorated too. Bed was huge but sadly not a good night's sleep as the pillows are terrible, far too soft and flat, had to ask for extra and still had to fold in half to get any firmness. Staff polite but not over welcoming. Outside areas could do with a spring clean and tidy. Hotel perfectly located for the centre, 5 min walk.

房間有些年代感，不過該有的都還是有，簡介乾淨。地點有點偏，但距離市中心依然衹有十來分鐘，非常方便。希爾頓鑽卡可以免費停車，這對自駕的我們來說非常重要。
