No había piscina, servicio de wifi malo no desayuno area de cafe muy mala no shampoo secadora de pelo no hielo es un hotel solo para dormir una noche y salir no para pasar tiempo. Y menos con niños ya que viajamos por un torneo de soccer

El hotel es nuevo y se ve como nuevo, pero la limpieza en las habitaciones, principalmente en los pisos no es adecuada. Tuvimos que cambiar de habitación y el resultado fue el mismo. El precio es razonable para lo que ofrece el hotel. Especialmente porque tiene estufa, microondas y nevera. La localización es lo mejor que tiene. Muy cerca de los outlets de Tampa y de muy buenos restaurantes. En cuanto al personal, está básicamente ausente, pero atento. En ocasiones es difícil encontrar quien te ayude porque están solamente hasta las 11:00 pm Fue una experiencia promedio.

La propiedad esta bien.. las habitaciones huelen mal... nl es agradable...

After a long drive I went to check in to shower and unwind however that did not happen. Upon arrival the lobby was nice and had a pleasant smell. The staff member checked us in and all was fine until we got to the room. Once in the room before we could put our first bag down there was a baby roach on the counter area. As my friend discovered the baby roach she didn’t put her bag down and then the lights to the room went out (I’m guessing it was on a eco friendly timer). Once that happened I had to cut my flashlight on my phone as I did that this big roach runs from the back of the refrigerator. We both panicked, screamed, and ran back downstairs. This all occurred in under 45 seconds of being in the room. We never got the chance to experience anything else as we checked out with management because that is highly unacceptable. I did not stay at the hotel that night or for my trip I left at those 45 seconds of that experience. You have to use the key card to use the lights in the room so that maybe why they turned off. I have no pictures because everything occurred so fast and my main focus was to get out of there with both my friend and I being severely terrified of roaches. At 10 o’clock at night we were left, scrambling, trying to find a room located close in that vicinity they had barely an availability due to their being a limited rooms in the area. With it being an extended stay place this could be why

The sound insulation is very bad, there are many residents who live there permanently with dogs, entire families with children, it is very noisy. The rooms are cleaned every three weeks.

The staff was friendly. The room was clean and comfortable. Check in / out was easy. It was in a good and safe location. The price was right. I couldn't ask for anything else. Thank you.

Look it was fine. Like I had minimal expectations but the smell brought it down to a two. The mix of pot and industrial cleaner and perfume was terrible. If you or your party doesn’t have a sense of smell you’re good but if you have a fully functional nose I would not recommend
