It was an amazing Experience! Home far from home it was. I have suggested the place to family, friends, workmates, country men and women to have the same experience. Customer Service, on another level.

There is Racism and Discrimination at this hotel because: 1. There are no black people in Senior Management. 2. They discriminatory gave me a Room that is very noise because its exactly opposite the Service Areas. 3. My complaint about no2. was extremely dismissed and held extremely uncompassionte and insincere and discourteous and discriminatory body language. 4. I Complained to GM when I was checking out and on my way he never said goodbye. 5. More important not even 1 apology. On another issue the Hotel Shuttle driver is rude..very rude.

wir hatten einen sehr guten Business Stay für unser ganzes Team die alle im Hotel eine Woche verbracht haben das Personal durchweg ausgesprochen höflich gute Lage sowohl in der Stadt als auch zum Flughafen Wir haben ausschliesslich im Hotel gegessen, lokale und internationale Küche. auch bei kurzfristigen kleinen Veranstaltungen flexibel und hoch professionell, so dass es ein erfolg für uns wurde Durchweg sehr zufrieden

From the quality of the amenities to the friendliness and helpfulness of the service, I found everything superb. The fridge is well stocked at a very reasonable price, free expresso coffee in room, two TVs, a small dining room that can serve as a meeting room, a washer and dryer, a truly comfortable bedding and a modern bathroom make life easier and more pleasant. Great breakfast and buffets, pleasant near the pool restaurant al fresco and bar and above all friendly staff happy to help you whenever you need. A nice place to relax and disconnect after long working days.

Easy to check-in, work in the evening, and have a quick bite! It was exceptionally clean, comfortable, and well attended too. All staff were friendly and helpful. Daily service was thorough. Terrific ambiance and amenities. Thank you for a quite comfortable stay!

The hotel staff are supper helpful and pleasant to speak to. Also liked the helpful tips we got about what to do in Lusaka for night time activities. The spa experience was alos put of this world. Would definitely visit again next time i am in Lusaka

Stayed at Sarovar in Lusaka for 8 nights. Very well located and the staff and overall hospitality are off the charts. The breakfast buffet was delicious and the executive rooms very well appointed. It was a wonderful 5 star stay 🇿🇲💯👏 and I plan to come back on my next trip to Zambia.
