Clean hotel. The staff are all very friendly and hospitable. Great location, a few blocks to the beach. Lots of souvenir shops and restaurants within walking distance. 2-3 blocks to the beach. Breakfast was great, the pool was great. No complaints with my stay.

This hotel had great rooms! They were large with very comfortable beds. The had very accommodating staff and the location was great. Wonderful free full breakfast and easy parking

I appreciated that the pool either had no music, or music at a reasonable volume. The staff were friendly. BUT the A/C in the lobby and hallways was always a few degrees too high and the A/C in the fitness room was ALWAYS WAY too hot, at 78F, and although I called several times to complain, no one ever came to fix it. Thankful that the rooms had double paned windows, otherwise with the airport so close, we wouldn't have slept. Over all, we're satisfied.

We had a great 2 night stay. The room was clean as was the breakfast area. The pool area wasn’t the cleanest, but it wasn’t terrible. My son found bottle caps and plastic cups in the pool and there was a good amount of bird poop from all of the little birds around. The pool water seemed very clean. The staff was helpful and gave us great dinner suggestions and the beach was beautiful. It was very convenient to the airport but you will hear the airplanes taking off. We knew this ahead of time so we knew what to expect. Lots of breakfast options and nice to have coffee and tea all day. We would stay there again and I would recommend.

Everything about my stay was superb except (1) no water one day as a result of a water company job outside, and (2) two erroneous charges to my credit card. Staff was diligent with rectification of erroneous credit card charges and granted my requested credits for day without water. Overall, I would return!

Nice looking property however my wife and i had to check out a day early due to the insert bites we were dealing with in our toom. We made a few complaints to the front desk and it appeares that it fell on deaf ears. I asked for a refund and was told that because i went through ******* that i could not be refunded anything. Yes i am disappointed and bitten all over my legs and arms. Damb shame my vacation turned outlike this!

At check in, I was told I had to pay an extra $40 per person “resort fee.” Covered a really low-quality happy hour, 2 beach chairs and an umbrella with no towels available and high speed Wi fi (which should be standard). This extra $80 for my son and me is an example of “junk fees” that are not disclosed up front via the ******* reservation and are going straight to Hampton’s bottom line.

So close to the airport and just a 7 minute walk to the Isla Verde Beach. Staff is courteous, warm breakfast, happy hour (snacks & drinks) along with beach chairs/towels that come handy while you are on the beach.

El hotel es extraordinario, cómodo, muy buena atención, la comida es buena y las instalaciones aunque nos un poco viejas están en muy buen estado debido al cuidado y mantenimiento que les dan. Es una excelente opción tanto para alguien que quiere llegar a dormir y tomar el desayuno, como para quién quiere pasar un rato en la alberca, el bar o la estancia. De 5 a 7pm tienen una barra libre de ron con cockteles super buenos. La única sugerencia que haría es que no sean tan rígidos en todos los protocolos, pedimos que nos sirvieran un cocktel en un termo que llevábamos para no desperdicial vasos de plástico y no quisiéron, dijéron que era el protocolo, después vaciamos el cocktel en el termo y los vasos se fueron a la basura sin ninún uso.
