Overall not a good experience.
Cleanliness was not maintained considering such a branded hotel.
Toilets were not clean
Service was not active and even not available at times

The best hotel to stay in Lucknow, have visited several times to this hotel, and very impressed by the services, especially all the Front Office Staff members, they make me feel like I’m at home. Would surely recommend this hotel to everyone, food is delicious, rooms are comfortable

We are here for a family trip we enjoyed the food and services all the staff is very friendly and always there for the guest comfort breakfast was nice Munish arranged everything here spacial Thanks to Smriti she is very nice.Surjeet and subhojeet and ashok was helpful.

Best 5 star hotel in lucknow. Awesome staff. (Deepika and Surjeet). Best food I love the food The staff is very polite Ambience is peaceful. Walking distance from metro 1 min walk from Hussainganj metro station gate number 3. Excited to visit again.

It was my 3 stay in the golden tulip lucknow with my family .Room was good food and amenities was excellent ambience were in room thanks to miss saloni and chandan .sandeep help with the luggage. Thanks front offer team

The rooms are very hygienic .Also, swimming pool facility available on the 6th floor. We can also do workout as the gym amenity is also available on the 7 th floor. Ambience is also very beautiful. I have met there a girl named SALONI at the reception. Her nature is very impressive. You guys must visit the Golden Tulip Hotel .

Room was very pleasant and nice . club premium Room interior is classy . Breakfast was very delicious and with a lot of options.Swimming pool is on 6th floor and Gym was on 7th floor.Staff is very polite and humble and front office team is very Good thanku saloni for check in
