伊爾塞米納里奧住宿加早餐飯店(B&B Il Seminario)

Siamo arrivati in tardo pomeriggio, accolti con garbo gentilezza e cordialità. Ci hanno dato le chiavi della stanza, una quadrupla, e tutte le indicazioni da noi richieste. Siamo usciti e la sera tardi siamo rientrati senza fastidi. Al mattino ci siamo alzati non presto ma ci hanno permesso di far colazione con comodo e in maniera abbondante, il ceckout lo abbiamo fatto oltre le 11. Consiglio vivamente, sia per l'accoglienza, sia per il posto. E' facile da raggiungere dalla stazione ferroviaria, che dista 5 - 10 minuti a piedi. Strategico per visitare la città, un vero peccato averci soggiornato una sola notte.

Abbiamo soggiornato in questo bed and breakfast in occasione del Lucca comics. La camera essendo che eravamo inizialmente in quattro Poi in tre era una quadrupla molto spaziosa,pulita, silenziosa. Il personale tutto molto cordiali e disponibili. Grazie ancora per tutto

Appena oltrepassi le mura il seminario b&b offre unposto auto e camere accoglienti e pulite, noi abbiamo dormito al secondo piano in una stanza bella grande, con anche una piccola cucina, colazione abbondante. Il B&B si trova a 2 passi dal centro ed è comodissimo per gli spostamenti a piedi, Personale gentile e disponibile, se dovessi tornare a Lucca sicuramente dormirei di nuovo qui.

Grote aangename kamer, zeer schoon, rustig en op luttele minuten loopafstand van het centrum. Parkeren mogelijk op een privé parkeerplaats. Ontbijt is niet in de prijs inbegrepen, maar zijn zeer vele ontbijt-cafés in de directe omgeving.

On our round trip through Northern Italy we stopped in Lucca from 20.7.-21.7.22. We had booked a double room at the B&B Il Seminario. We were there for the Zucchero concert (LSF "Lucca Summer Festival"). The hotel is very centrally located, right on the edge of the old town. The old town is closed to cars. All the sights can easily be reached on foot. For this reason, it is absolutely necessary to reserve a parking space in advance. Costs 10 euros per night. The car park is right next to the hotel. Check in went smoothly. Our room was on the first floor. Simple double room. Well furnished for a Bed & Breakfast. The rooms are clean. The bathrooms are functional. The breakfast is good. Offers everything you want. You can also have breakfast on the terrace, which is a bit small and not very nicely decorated. The staff is top. Very helpful and friendly. They can give very good tips. We recommend the B&B Il Seminario

I spent 4 nights here. The location is ideal, located behind the cathedral and near the famous wall. Lucca is an ideal location to headquarter when visiting Tuscany. The train station is nearby, the bus station is a further walk but very doable. The room was large and clean. Breakfast was very good.

Highest rating. This B&B had such friendly and helpful staff, CLEAN rooms and comfy beds. The room we stayed in had SO MUCH room! We had two queen beds and the largest bathroom I’ve seen in Italy. And everything was very clean, as well as cleaned daily when you left. The breakfast in the morning had fresh fruit, pastries, yogurt, and a coffee machine. The coffee wasn’t amazing but that’s the only thing I can say that wasn’t great about this spot. Highly recommend staying here. The WiFi is great, smart tv and the AC worked perfectly. Everywhere we wanted to go was close, be that bike rentals, food, sight seeing, etc. you should stay here!

Ottima accoglienza, parcheggio in loco(zona in ztl bisogna comunicare la targa) camera pulitissima e spaziosa, zona piccolo bar a disposizione.. qualità prezzo eccellente.. tornerò sicuramente a Lucca e in questa meravigliosa struttura

We paid over $300 for the room. Well over twice amount for a hotel room outside of the walls. We expected a lot better facilities. We now wish we would have stayed outside the walls of Lucca. The room was rather plain and the flooring was standard generic house tile. The size of the room felt small. The room was not fully furnished with towels. We thought that the towels were behind the door. We did get a shower floor mat which we used so we could get dressed. I would not pay over 100 euros per night here. The breakfast was a standard Italian breakfast, but I caution about the freshness of the items. I don’t like posting bad reviews. But this place needs improvements and a price reduction.
