There was a sketchy guy walking around holding a handgun and watching me drive to my room. The people in the next room immediately opened their door and stood in the doorway smoking cigarettes and watching me unpack my car. A guy on the second floor was actively cooking ***** right outside his room... I returned my room key and left as quickly as I could.

I reserved my stay a week ahead of time. I even called to make sure I had my double bed reserved and to inform them that we would be arriving late. They told me no problems. On the night, as we were driving up to the hotel, I got a call from them telling me that they did not have a double bedroom for me. But that they had contacted another hotel 15 minutes further we from their hotel. And that it would not cost me any more money to go there. I asked them to text me the new address and hotel name. They just sent me the address of 1800 Miami road, Toledo, Ohio. I got to the new hotel at 8:30 pm. When I checked in, the person told me that they had indeed gotten the call from the other hotel, and they had me a double bed room. But when I had to pay, they informed me that I had to pay a additional $10. I was too tired to argue about $10 because we had to get up at 4 am. I asked about a wake-up call, and I was told that they did not have one. I asked about an alarm clock, there was none. So I was very disappointed in this whole process. And ******* needs to look at the reviews for the Super 8 at Milbury rd Toledo. There were a lot of complaints about it being very dirty

It was not what I expected. The pictures online were a misrepresentaton of the property. Office staff was no where to be found at checkout time. The parking lot made the FDR Drive in NY look like a well paved road. The only upside was the room was clean.

I stayed here once before and any of the complaints I had about the first room, namely the refrigerator not working were not a problem this time. The refrigerator worked fine and I was able to get the rest I was seeking as my stay here was entirely peaceful. Again, the only real issues I have is that some of the outside property could deal with a major upgrade in repairs and maybe the garbage man should come around more often as all the outside garbage cans were filled to the brim. Also, it’s in the middle of nowhere with no grocery stores or stores period in sight. Come compared with all your supplies or get ready to use DoorDash. The room was fine and I’d stay there again if I needed to.

Over all the stay is pleasant. However, in the rooms is poor lighting and the plumbing is terrible.

Convenient location just off freeway and very affordable rates. Property was old and outdated, and the room and finishings were cheap and dirty. They appear to be renovating the property, which is akin to putting lipstick on a pig, with low quality finishes and poor workmanship. Overall, you get what you pay for.

This property in under repair and should have some key items fixed before having guests. There are no lighted signs or directional signs to help find the motel after dark. Outside of property needs to be free from debris. Ice machine not available. Parking area needs better lighting. Staff was helpful and explained property ownership recently changed but new owners should make renovations before opening

Building was in rough shape. Room was in poor condition and unkept. Pillows were old and stained brown. No mattress pads. Hair on mattress. Bathroom rough shape

The room was supposed to be non smoking, but it reeked of cigarette smoke, holes in the walls, just not a place i will stay at again
