Fantastic place! well located, very friendly staff and accommodating.

We stopped here on our way to Canada. We were both pleasantly surprised with not only the hotel but also the cost. My husband said that this hotel had the best breakfast of the four different locations where we stayed on our trip. The gravy and biscuits were a nice change.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. The full sized fridge was wonderful. The breakfast had a good variety of items but the eggs and meat could have been hotter.

Check in was so easy, our room was clean and had everything and more we needed. We would definitely come back.

Overall we had a good stay! We had a king studio for 4 of us (2 adults, 2 kids). It was a little cramped when the pull out bed was pulled out so I think next time we might choose a suite. The was clean and quiet. It was nice having access to a kitchen. Our room was near the pool and seemed damp- I think perhaps from the humidity of the pool? The floors, primarily, were damp. The blankets were not as fluffy as some hotels but the beds were comfy. Most of the staff were helpful and responsive. We had the pool to ourselves most of the time. The breakfasts were ok. Overall, for the price we paid, I’m happy with our experience and we would come back.

The rooms were clean but I don’t like how I’m a resident of Toledo and I have to pay a deposit versus someone who doesn’t live here tht sucks ! And that should’ve been in the small print before I booked my room.

I have stayed here numerous times when visiting family in the area and it is always a good experience! Hotel is clean and staff are friendly and helpful.

Elevators were terribly dirty. Room was fairly clean though.

Very clean,Area was close to everything for food,The service was amazing,The room was incredible.Overall I would stay here over and over again if I was ever gonna be in the area again
