The centrally-located home is minutes from Texas Tech as well as all areas south and west! This property has a 65" smart TV in the living room as well as 55" TV in the main bedroom. This festive home has 4 bedrooms with 2 bathrooms containing 2 sinks each. Two bedrooms have king-size beds and one bedroom has a queen bed. The 4th bedroom has a trundle with 2 twin beds. Additionally, it offers a twin sofa sleeper on the porch and a rollaway. Each room has super comfortable mattresses, sheets and pillows. Each room has a dresser, chair and luggage table.Both bathrooms have double sinks and are fully stocked with linens. One bath is a shower/bath combo and the other is a large walk-in shower. Quiet neighborhood in the heart of it all. Tech is just a quick drive up the road. Take a nice stroll to the park that has a huge pond and lots of room for running around. Watch the kids play in the front yard or cook up some barbeque and enjoy the backyard. Shopping, endless restaurant choices, and coffee shops are all within a couple miles.Inside is sparkling clean and spacious with new couches, mattresses, and a fully stocked kitchen including a coffee maker, oven, microwave, dishwasher, washer and dryer with detergent. The primary bedroom has a king bed and ensuite bathroom; the additional two bedrooms each include a queen bed. The hallway bathroom has a bath/shower combo and tons of counter space. The house has WiFi and a 55” Roku tv in the living area with views from the kitchen and dining table. The front room can be used as an extra sleep space and includes a comfortable queen slumber air sleeper sofa and blackout drapes.
