Dishonest boss, dishonest team, catastrophic service. Because of the pollution in Luang Prabang, our flight could not land and had to turn back to Bangkok. Air Asia rescheduled the flight 17 hours after we landed back in Bangkok and provided us with the cancellation certificate. We refused to take another plane at 6am the next day and asked gently for a canceling. The boss of the hotel refused and cashed the 7000 bahts as soon as we told him we couldn't go again to Laos. Of course, this catastrophic service has definitely convinced us to not ever go back to Laos, to Luang Prabang.
