Great service

This property was completely unsuitable for disabled customers. However I really want to point out that the staff (Reception and Hospitality) were exceptional and did everything in their power to overcome this for me.huge thank you to them. Food was good as well 👍😋 Staff Brilliant property wanting.

The hotel is in a good location on the seafront but the surrounding are has not got a lot going for it. The room was small, noisy, run down, the hot tap in the basin would not work properly and the reading light above the excuses for a desk would not work. The soap provided had already been used. The service in the restaurants was slow with one meal taking over an hour to arrive. The breakfast service was okay apart from shortages im the menue and cold beans one morning.

A great venue and location managed by an enthusiastic staff, how many hotels can offer the first sunrise in the UK

Had a lovely stay, everything was great from the greeting when we first arrived, pleasantly surprised by the room (georgeous sea view) the food and service at the bar and restaurant in the evening. Decided to have roast Sunday lunch too - that was also fabulous food and friendly attentive staff. Just managed to get one of the few remaining parking spaces upon arrival so that was a bonus too. Will definitely go again.

Fanatic location of hotel , staff was without doubt very friendly and welcoming , Terrace is a absolutely beautiful place to drink and eat , Lovely big bar area and seating areas , Lovely tasty breakfast and main meals ,

Nice stay with a 24hr reception for a late check in, and able to have my breakfast on the patio by the beach

The standard room was bigger than expected . The exterior was a bit shabby but I understood it was a W.I.P but the interior was wecoming and clean. Steff very friendly and a very good menu available . Would reccomend this hotel to friends .
