We had a suite with a separate bedroom. Spaces were roomy enough. I liked how there was carpet in the bedroom and lvt in the other rooms. Bell hop man was absolutely great- warm and friendly, polite, and helpful! Great breakfast.

Service was terrible. Very unprofessional looking staff as well as uninterested in providing service. They wanted to charge $10 for breakfast which turned out just to be coffee!! The rooms were hot. The AC didn't work right and the towels were like using scotchbrite on your skin.

Hotel is perfect location to UofL campus. Also close to restaurants and shopping. The staff was great and the accommodations were wonderful! Will definitely stay again!

I was staying here for a one night business trip. The first room they booked me for, the AC was broken. The new room I had no hot water but it was late so I stayed in that room. That room also had AC issues, where it would reset every couple of hours to 72°. I am the type of person that likes to sleep in a room that is 68° to 70°. The cleanliness was average. The customer service was very kind and accommodating. The food at the restaurant was also disappointing. I was just expecting ALOT more for the price I paid for one night.

Great experience during my stay. Caught an early AM flight and felt very safe. Everyone I interacted with was very nice and pleasant.

Very disappointing especially for the price. Hallways floors were dirty, room floor was dirty, sheets not on one bed properly. Water from shower went all over bathroom floor. No soap for bathroom sink.

There were some strange design choices at this hotel, like no towel bars in the bathroom, and no closet. There was a wardrobe unit, from which we had to remove the ironing board and set it in a corner to make room to hang our clothes. There is a nice-sized refrigerator, but no microwave! The grab-and-go breakfasts were very disappointing - on Sunday there weren't even plates for the bagels, I had to use a cereal bowl. There is NOT a restaurant in the building. You can ask the breakfast attendant to make a hot breakfast for $10, but there is no menu so I don't know what might be included. There were 2 bottles of water in the room, but I looked at the little card under them - water is complimentary for club members only, but it didn't say what we would be charged if we drank one (so we didn't!). Our room was reasonably comfortable, we were just glad we weren't staying more than 2 days.

Refrigerator didn’t work. Good tv. Quiet. Staff was friendly. Some of the painting on the trim was shabby.

This trip was wonderful due to the staff from the front desk check in to the housekeeping staff. All were professional, friendly and respectful. Great customer service.
