Montage es uno de los hoteles más espectaculares de Los Cabos. La cadena es famosa por la elegancia y refinamiento en sus propiedades y en Cabos no es la excepción. Aqui es lujo en su máxima expresión. Las propuestas gastronómicas son de altísimo nivel, en especial Mezcal donde se puede disfrutar de una cocina mexicana contemporánea elaborada por uno de los jóvenes más talentosos que tiene México. Esta también Talay con una cocina Tailandesa que nos hace viajar hasta las calles de esta paradisiaco destino con un menú excepcional elaborado por el chef Mark. El Spa es otra joya, con magníficos tratamientos que nos dejan relajados y rejuvenecidos. Las habitaciones son espaciosas y casi todas con vistas espectaculares de la Bahía Santa María. Son de los pocos hoteles con una de las mejores playas que se pueden nadar en el corredor turístico. La bahía es de las favoritas de locales y visitantes. Sin duda, uno de los hoteles más hermosos que hay en el destino y que vale cada dolar que uno paga durante la estancia. Ah y son pet friendly y nuestra amada Matilda se divirtió tanto como nosotros! Gracias a todo el staff por tan increíble estancia.

Always a great stay. Stayed twice this year and plan to return in session with the family. Mylena and Juan our concierge for out rooms were impeccable as well as our massage experience in the spa. Highly recommend Antonio for massage and Rosa for facials. There is no need to leave the property when all is needed on property. The entire staff is friendly and very accommodating. We did the morning Kayak and now make it a tradition. Gym is decent and the spa is a lovey break from the sun. Thai food was amazing and our concierge arranged for s’mores on our last night…. Highly recommend this amazing property. Thank you Montage.

My company picked The Montage for it's annual President's Club trip, and my husband and I decided to stay on the back end. Working with The Montage was an absolute breeze, and our trip winners felt like royality. The Montage is absolutely stunning, and the people are what make it extra special. The attention to detail is top notch. I recommend considering The Montage for group travel. I would also recommend The Montage for family, coulples, friends or solo travel. Bonus: Try their thai restaurant: Talay! Probably the best thai food that I have ever had!

Stayed 3 nights with my 13 year old son. Pros: incredible service Butler will respond to text often and will take care of everything. Like a personal assistant. Much more valuable than the st Regis butler service. They’ll even find you around the hotel and ask to help!! Three good restaurants Extremely clean Kayak sunrise- free and beautiful ask for Jose Spacious rooms CONS: The price of food is astronomical $$$$- higher than the fanciest European hotels. 3 lunch tacos for $60… goop sunscreen that’s $20 in the us is $55 here Minimal teen activities. There’s nothing for teens to do or place to hang out. Unlike montage deer valley or FS Wailea that has a room with the a pool table arcades and what not opened all day and night this place has nothing of the kind. This alone will make me want to try a different Cabo hotel next time. Construction on both sides of the hotel but did not affect our stay or noise at all!

This place is special. From the moment we arrived we were pampered. The service is amazing. We were greeted by every person at all times. We loved it so much we stayed on property 90 percent of time. Mario is the manager for all the staff and he personally greeted us and thanked us. His staff at pool was amazing. We loved Victor and every waiter we had. Our butlers Gilberto and Lewis were the best. They constantly checked on us and made sure we were taken care of. We loved it here and will be back

I have stayed in many hotels with a nightly rate of over $1000. In comparison, this hotel should charge half its current rate to earn a five-star review from me. It is exorbitantly overpriced; a fair price would be around $600 per night, certainly not $1800. Contrary to what one might expect, the beach is not private. On Sundays, it's crowded with hundreds of locals, diminishing the exclusivity one anticipates from such a premium establishment. Dining here is also a letdown, with each meal costing between $130 and $250. Considering my experience dining at numerous high-end restaurants where dishes are priced over $200, this hotel's restaurant significantly lacks in value, taste, and overall dining experience. It's possibly one of the worst in terms of price-to-value ratio and taste that I've encountered. The facilities are satisfactory for a hotel charging $600 per night, but they fall short of expectations for one asking $1800. The staff's service quality mirrors that of hotels in Los Cabos that charge between $300 and $500 per night, not the premium experience one would expect at this price point. While the rooms are impressive, the air conditioning units are distressingly loud, which is a considerable drawback. The rooms themselves could be valued at $750 per night, but they do not justify an $1800 price tag. Overall, I believe spending money on this hotel is not worthwhile. It is vastly overpriced and lacks the distinctive qualities that set apart other luxury hotels charging over $1000 per night.

We stayed for 4 nights and loved it. First, the expansive and well designed pool area is perfect for both lounging and swimming. The pool service for drinks and food is very attentive. And this hotel is on a swimmable beach so we enjoyed swimming in the ocean and paddle boarding. Our room was expansive, clean and modern yet cozy with beautiful design. It was nice to have a personal butler who we could text anytime we needed anything and he was always very responsive, And the staff all over the property were all very friendly and attentive and always smiled. The spa area is large , bright and well appointed. I had amazing massages. This property is only 6 yrs old so everything is fairly new and well kept. Beautiful grounds and plantings too. Will definitely come back!

From the moment we arrived on property, we were treated to absolute sublime hospitality. Our ocean front room was exceptionally well appointed and super comfortable. The bathroom was very large, and we loved the indoor/outdoor shower options. Housekeeping was meticulous (we find that rare these days) and fresh fruit was delivered daily. We loved all the food and drinks we had, including the refreshing welcome drinks. We stayed 5 nights at the hotel and EVERY SINGLE employee (except one) greeted us EVERY SINGLE time (appropriate time of day greeting, and how are you) we passed them on property….and in fairness, the one employee who did not greet us was carrying a very large amount of supplies and I am not even sure he saw us. The vibe is relaxed luxury. We arrived somewhat harried from everyday life and our stay left us in a state of bliss. Some of the employees who made our trip memorable were: Carolina and Alejandro at water sports, Diego at Mersea, Ivan at the pool, Carlos our butler, Atzimba (I hope I am spelling that correctly) at Mezcal, and Jorge at Talay. We ate twice at Mezcal, once at a table, and once at the bar where Atzimba treated us to a wealth of information about tequila and mezcal. While prices are high at all the restaurants, don’t snooze on eating on property. Everything is delish and the waitstaff, servers at the pool, and kitchens are well versed in food allergies. We worked out in the gym everyday. It is well equipped and they offer small snacks as well. The only quirky thing that happened during our stay is that the coffee shop ran out of coffee. They had espresso drinks that day, but no coffee. Seemed odd, but maybe a delivery was missed. Certainly not the end of the world. Last, but certainly not least, the whales put on a show for us every day, morning until night. It was beautiful and mesmerizing. As soon as you arrive sign up for the sunrise kayak trip. It leaves right from the beach, the views are gorgeous and the whale watching is utterly incredible.

We loved our stay at this hotel. The service is a 10/10 and the hotel is beautiful with a great selection of restaurants and activities. Rene and Alan on the concierge team made sure everything went smoothly. Julio was a great yoga instructor! I can’t wait to return.
