恩坎託全包式度假村(El Encanto All Inclusive Resort)

For the price, it really was fantastic. Actually was worth double the price. Loved it, will be back! Shout out to Eder at front desk, made the whole stay awesome!

Staff and property excellent. The only thing that should be mentioned to other travelers is that despite this being a beach front property you can’t access the beach from here. It is all rocks. You have to take a shuttle to the marina and then take a water taxi or you can walk 17 minutes to the beach. Also this place has no buffet except for breakfast which ends at 12. So if you want to just grab a little something and go you can’t. You have to make reservations at the restaurants or sit down at one of two cafes to be waited on.

This was such a random choice but I am so glad we did. We stayed for 4 nights and they accommodated 14 of us girls. The service was amazing. We were at the pool every day and Gustavo was our server and he made our time there even more amazing with the service. Overall everyone was wonderful. From the front desk to the service at the restaurants to the service for the pool to the housekeepers. 10/10 would recommend.

Amazing service, we stayed in the residence part - 2 bedroom/3 bathrooms. We had plenty of space for 5 adults and 4 kiddos. Loved the kitchen and washer and drier especially with the kids. House keeping was very attentive. Bed super comfy and Our place was amazing… everything we needed. The bell boys were amazing. So attentive. Quick service. We will be back.

This property is amazing. The staff is amazing and very attentive. Our view was amazing. The food was great and drinks were good. The downfall is the time share tactics. 2 hours of our time was wasted with staff trying to sell us time shares. Even after we said no, they took us to another part of property and tried to sell it to us another way. My husband finally told them he was not going to waste another minute signing papers and we walked away. Needless to say. We never took the camel ride that was offerec to us after listing to the presentation. We found better activities off resort to do . We will return to this resort now that we know better about being drawn in to time shares.

Everything was great ! Just some staff and management not friendly but i think great . Don’t have restaurants buffet but if you want you can choose some restaurants but make reservations and must waiting. If you rush i think you will not like ! We will introduce with my friends and my family . I will come back soon !

First time in Mexico and I’m so glad my family got to experience staying at Hacienda Encantada. The views at this resort is literally out of a magazine. The staff are absolutely wonderful; attentive, kind, and very welcoming. The resort is very family friendly and that put us at ease with our 21 month old. Thank you to everyone at Hacienda Encantada for making our trip memorable, we will definitely be back.

I would say this resort is very beautiful and clean someone is always doing something. The view is excellent and lots of food options everything we had tasted good. I was with my family and everything was safe the service was huge and everyone was very polite. Highly recommend all inclusive because everything is going up in prices the real estate market there is expanding like crazy and driving prices up. This resort offers FREE shuttle service to the Marina daily for shopping,restaurant and Bars, and bring you back to resort daily as well. Definitely will be back soon!

Beautiful place! Great food! amazing resort! They will ask you to go thru a presentation with compensation provided, just be aware! It is a "ownership" type property! HOwever, it is so worth it as it is truly an amazing property!
