奧蘭多飯店(Palihouse West Hollywood)

My room was doll with one window facing a wall. It felt like I was in a cage. The hotel service was minimum and their restaurant was really terrible, the food options were limited, and their service was poor. I asked for hard boiled egg and they said they do not have that but offered porched eggs, by the time I got the porched eggs, it was cold, they forgot to bring cutlery and I asked three times for salt, and they only offered white toast, no other option, (who eats white toast these days) do not forget this is LA, people are health freaks and so am I. I paid over $650 a night but service was terrible and not worth the money. I wanted to stay in for dinner and order room service, they had no salad in the menu. In all I will never go back there again, it was waist of money for me for sure.

My recent stay at Palihouse West Hollywood fell short of expectations. I chose your hotel due to its proximity to Cedars-Sinai, where I was to undergo major surgery, and was hoping for an accommodating experience. Our room wasn't ready at the guaranteed check-in time, leaving us waiting in the lobby on a sweltering LA day. We were ignored by staff and had to inquire ourselves about the room status, only to find it was already available after 3:30 pm. Our room's AC leaked and though it was fixed, ceiling paint remained flaked off, an unpleasant sight. These issues highlight a deficiency in staff training and attentiveness to guest comfort. Throughout our ordeal, we received no apology or compensation, making our interactions feel robotic and uncaring. Contrasting this with the Proper hotel chains, we were left disappointed. Given our experience, we won't be staying at Palihotels. We hope our feedback will be used to improve services for future guests.

Great front desk. Decent location. Nice pool area. Only comment I have is about the lack of counter space in the bath area and nowhere to stow luggage. We were there for a week and we pretty much had to live out of the suitcases bc there was an enormous table in the room and a couch, but nowhere to put any belongings besides a tiny closet with 4 hangers. It’s good for a short stay, but not a week.

The staff was wonderful, from the valet, front desk to the wait staff. Everyone was very pleasant and attentive without being overly attentive. The hotel and rooms were immaculate. I would definitely stay again, just not in the summer months. The only reason I am giving a 4 star rating is the air conditioning did not work well. We could not get our room below 78 F which made for an immensely uncomfortable night. Other than this, an absolute gem!

Я удивлена насколько милый и уютный отель. Очень красивый новый ремонт, безумно красивый стильный бассейн, скрытый от глаз посторонних. Понравилось, что есть тренажёрный зал. Из минусов - окна выходили на улицу и было очень шумно. Слышимость из коридора тоже сильная. По в комнате были беруши и они очень помогли. Также понравилось , что есть микроволновка. К сожалению , нет чайника, это минус. И в комнате нет бесплатной воды, но можно взять в тренажерном зале или на бассейне. Также на бассейне можно бесплатно взять свежие фрукты, это приятно

Beautiful hotel down, the aesthetic is stunning down to the smallest detail. I don’t recall seeing an amount for parking prior to booking so FYI it’s $48 per night valet only. Great location, there is construction going on next to the property so it gets noisy if trying to sleep in. Overall beautiful property and I would definitely recommend to stay here.

This property is gorgeous, the rooms are gorgeous, and the area is walkable. The only thing that needed work was customer service: I called for a broken thermostat, and the engineer couldn't fix it and then forgot to return. And then, when the housekeeper forgot to fill the coffee pods, I called for more coffee pods. They said they'd send someone quickly, and no one ever arrived.

It's a shame because it is a cute boutique hotel, but we won't stay there again. It took a long time to check in because there was a big party going on in the bar/restaurant area that had spilled out into the lobby, and the front desk clerk was otherwise occupied. I understand a party like that is a money maker for the hotel, but it sure inconveniences the guests. The second night I ordered a glass of wine to sip on in the room. When we got to the room, my husband mentioned we were charged $30 for the glass of wine. $31.75 with tax. For a not quite half a glass of wine. That is outrageous even by L.A. standards! Our room faced W. 3rd St. There is a metal plate in the middle of the street that makes a loud ka-clunk sound every time a car drives over it. It's a busy street. That in addition to the trucks and motorcycles. Double pane windows would have helped a lot.
