Where to start. We were here for a family wedding and staying here with some other family members. We had booked (and paid) for our room through ******* and booked a club room to get access to the club lounge. When we arrived we confirmed we were in a club room and asked to make sure we were put in a quiet room and also asked for parking to be added to our room. We go to the club lounge and our key does not work so go to the desk and find out it hadn't been activated, no big deal. That evening when we get home the hallway is full of noise (there were a ton of teens staying in the hotel unsupervised) and lucky us one group was in the next room (so much for putting us in a quiet room). It was a group of girls that sounded like a slumber party. It went on and on when we were trying to go to sleep so I phoned the front desk to ask them to settle down and realize the phone in our room is dead so I had to get up and get dressed to go to front desk only to see about 20 people in line - VERY irritating when you are trying to go to bed. When I finally managed to speak to someone it was handled immediately. The next day we went out of parking garage to find out our key had not been activated and wanted us to pay if we wanted to get out, again front desk forgot to add on my key. Then when I got home see that the hotel charged me when I had already paid through ******* so now fighting to get reimbursed. overall would never stay here again.
