山谷旅館(Valley Inn)

The hotel room was nice and clean. But the customer service needs to be approved.

Decent price, clean room, huge bed. The receptionist was not accommodating.

It was a good stay. Stuffs are nice and place is clean.

Everything was good

The hotel is nothing like the pictures it shows on there website. Exterior looks sketchy and alot of overgrown vegetation, rooms were clean but walls and furniture almost falling apart with a lot of holes/gaps that appear to be neglected by the hotel. We booked this trip base on what it stated online to save ourselves the 1hr and 30min drive back home after a work event but eventually ended up leaving cause the environment in the night looks like your car could get vandalized. We took a lost in our hotel booking for the night due to our safety there but it was a great decision cause at least we were able to sleep comfortably back home.

The staff was very nice, and surroundings were very convenient. The condition of the facilites were not great. The toilet couldn’t flush well, I had to remove the lid and had to manually make the water rise after flushing. The a/c made too much noise. Bed was super squeaky and conducted a lot of static.

I didn’t even want my money back, this place was disgusting. We got stuck in a situation where we just needed a room because our hotel reservation got cancelled else where and the room was disgusting. Everything was dirty, falling apart, moldy.

Todo bien, solo no me agrada que el check Out sea 11:00 es muy temprano al lenoa deberia ser como los demas a las 13:00 hrs, todo bien
