This Hotel is Owned by a smaller Hotel Group and happens to be across from where we live. We go there often to eat and my wife interacts with the team on the beach during Turtle Patrol Season. They are concious of their environment, and DO try to do what they can in that regard. The rooms are beautiful, comfortable. With this beign said, we booked a stay for friends, and pre paid so there would be zero awkwardness at check in for our visitors. The room was charged a week in advance, hit our credit card, as planned. When our friends got to the front to check in, the front desk asked for the card again. NOT for extras, not for incidentals, but for the card again. Good thing we happened to be home, and ran across the street to resolve. The hotel was not cheap, and our friends felt as if they had to pay. It was frustrating for us to say the least. They THEN asked again for another card for incidentals. We repeated to keep everything on the card they had already charged. Odd. And the next morning when our friends went to breakfast they were told they HAD to order the buffet, that there was no ordering from the menu. She was told this while she watched plates of food being carried out of the kitchen to tables. They only needed a bagel, and were being told to purchase a buffet. She eventually got them to charge for a bagel. VERY dissappointing, esp. for the price of the hotel. Much higher level of service is expected. We really want to have this as our go-to recommendation!

I booked a staycation for my brother and his wife and they went ABOVE & BEYOND! They put the sweetest card Champaign and left a beautiful charcuterie board in the fridge I was shocked because most hotels don’t do this. Thank you so much for making their honeymoon stay beautiful and memorable!

The food at the pool and restaurant was ok. Some of the dishes were over or under seasoned. A lot of the staff did not speak English and service was slow. The person that brought our food out in the restaurant was also the person cleaning the tables.

Amazing. Only complaint would be that the room doors seem to slam shut and can be heard inside the room.

We stayed 4 days, it was great, the staff is respectful, friendly and welcoming , the beach is clean and easy to access, we loved our vacation in this resort.

It is not a true resort but just a hotel. Going into it I was not aware there were two buildings on the property. The new building looks new and matches the lobby. This old Hilton they obtained needs an immediate overhaul. The room and hallway was clean though. The shower didn’t work properly, caulking, there is a chain lock on door. After 10 you had to key into building which is great but on old building you had to key into first floor but if you walked up the outside steps to 2nd floor it was just open. No key fob pad. The property is near nothing so you need a car which you will have to valet even though parking was plentiful. Restaurant menu is limited. The staff and servers were exceptional.
