海浪度假村(Wave Resort)

This is our third time at the Wave. Big clean rooms, lovely outdoor pool and the private beach is excellent. Pool bar is great, it's so convenient to the shopping area and the local restaurants. What can we say, we keep coming back! We're not as impressed with Maya and the Cantina as far as food, but who wants to eat at the hotel anyway when there's great options nearby? Everything about our stay was great and of course we'll be back for a 4th time. Love the garage parking as well.

There was a problem with the room at the wave and they ended up moving us to a sister hotel but the manager Alex was really understanding and accomadating and though we lost the room we initially booked they gave us another great room with a discount as well as access to the wave amenities. Kayla at the bungalow and Alex were great and really respectful towards us highly recommended!

The overall experience with the staff was horrible, they were not proactive in anything and they are not flexible at all. It feels they don’t know what hospitality means. Front desk needs more training for sure on how to welcome a guest - they don’t even say “good afternoon, how are you “ - and not a good vibe when you are in vacation just trying to relax. Very expensive for this type of trea**ent for sure.

Door was coming off the hinges, cheap furniture. And noisy with babies crying all night!

Front desk staff was fantastic. Megan and Taylor were wonderful. The kids that worked in the coffee shop were also great major problem parking the hotel has a huge parking area right across the street except they charge $58 a day to park if you’re a guest I think that’s absolutely ridiculous especially if you’re a guest, there’s a parking garage on the other side of the street that charges $20 a day. I feel if you were a guest of a hotel the least they can do is allow you to park especially when the parking area is absolutely huge very disappointed in the parking situation .

Beautiful room with awesome views. Bed was super comfortable and the scent in the lobby was phenomenal.

THE PROPERTY IS GORGEOUS. I GET THERE AND THEY GAVE US THE 2ND FLOOR WHERE THERE WAS SO MUCH NOISE THAT WE SPENT THE WHOLE EVENING WIDE AWAKE BECAUSE WE COULD NOT FALL ASLEEP. THEY ALSO GAVE US A SMALL CORNER ROOM AND WHEN I ASKED TO PAY TO UPGRADE THEY SAID THEY HAD NOTHING AVAILABLE. THEY SHOULD HAVE OFFERED US A DIFFERENT NITE TO COME BACK INSTEAD THEY WAIVED OUR PARKING FEE. R U KIDDING!!! NEVER AGAIN. SPENT $300 FOR WHAT???

My recent stay at the Wave Hotel was a pure delight. The staff was welcoming, the room was comfortable with a stunning view, and the hotel's amenities were impeccable. The on-site restaurant was outstanding, and the location was perfect for exploring the area. The exceptional service from the staff truly made my stay memorable. I highly recommend the Wave Hotel for a luxurious and enjoyable getaway.
