Staybridge Suites Long Beach Airport

La primera y última vez que reservó en esta suite.Los primeros 3 días no hubo Servicio de Aseo de la habitación. Nunca tendieron las camas. No hubo cambio de sábanas y las toallas cada día tenía que solicitarlas en Recepción. El jabón se acabó el primer día y hasta después de 3 días nos llevaron un frasco con jabón. POSTERIORMENTE nos informaron que teníamos que solicitar el aseo de la habitación, así lo hicimos y no sirvió de nada. Sacamos la basura al pasillo y finalmente la última noche subieron a asear el cuarto . NUNCA ME HABÍA PASADO ESTO y CREO QUE DEBE IGH Y EXPEDÍA INTERVENIR PARA QUE NO VUELVA A OCURRIR Y COMPENSAR DE ALGUNA FORMA EL MAL RATO QUE ME HICIERON PASAR A MI Y A MI FAMILIA EN NUESTRAS VACACIONES.

My family of 5 stayed in the 2 queen bed suite. It was very clean and i am so happy we had a full kitchen. The beds were very comfortable and the free breakfast was convenient. My kids enjoyed the pool. I enjoyed the free washer and dryer since we stayed 11 days it was very helpful with my two kids. We would stay here again anytime. Thank you for an amzaing time.

We had a horrible stay. Our AC did not work and we asked for someone to come and fix it. The person that came to fix it tried to reset it but it didn't work so he just told us "it will eventually come on" and left. It still didn't work for the rest of our stay. Our fridge went out the second night we were there and the $50 worth of food we had in there went bad. Our toilet broke as well but that was fixed. We saw the cleaning crew the first night but couldn't get their attention because they were really busy. I never saw them again and we didn't get housekeeping the whole time we were there. The plates at the breakfast were dirty and we waited to see if any clean ones were coming out when someone mentioned they had just brought those out. For almost $900, yeah, we had a terrible experience.

We arrived early in the day and they were able to get our room ready by 1:30. That was very nice. We had laundry to do and the machines were free but were broken. Our room didn’t feel very clean. Lots of hair on the floor, huge hole in the carpet, a wad of chewed gum on the windowsill, and all of the shampoo, conditioner, and shower gel bottles were empty. Quite disappointing! This hotel just seemed VERY minimal for the cost of the room. No luggage racks, no clocks, no soaps, lack of seating, no ice machines, no water or anything in the lobby. Just too many issues for a $480 night stay.

It was nice to have a Jr. Suite, with the convenience of having all the amenities like home. Good choice if you plan on staying for 5-days or longer. Full sized refrigerator and complete kitchen in studio floor plan suite. Great staff up front with friendly staff throughout the hotel. Enjoyed the daily morning breakfast, perfect for powering up before starting your day trip.

1 night pre-cruise stay. We choose this hotel due to the great ratings, included Long Beach airport shuttle and breakfast. Our stay was very pleasant, the hotel staff was very nice and allowed us to check in early. The hotel was clean and comfortable including the bed and pillows. There was an evening reception that included beer, wine and chili. There is not much immediately around the hotel except a gas station. We walked about a mile down and passed by a liquor and grocery store to reach In & Out burger. Around that area are several other stores and restaurants. We took an uber to the Carnival cruise terminal ($20) 9:30am.

Nice . Our first room did not have the other bed made so they had us change rooms. Which was ok- we hadn’t unpacked yet, the phone number on the website for a shuttle ride to the hotel just rang and rang and rang and repeated the message so we had to take an Uber- look into this. An extra cost for us. It is one of the reasons I picked this hotel besides the breakfast. The internet would not accept our last name and room number so we had to ask again and received a different way to get on the wifi…the toilet keeps running every 15-20 minutes … no cups or glasses setting out in the bathroom…

The facility was fine. The problem in my case service was inefficient, they failed to clean the room for the two days we needed service. All used towels, remained in the room. They accused us Saturday night, of taking chips from the pantry at 7:30 p.m. my friends and I left the hotel at 11:00 a.m. and returned around 11:30 p.m. The amount wasn't the issue, the accusation was outrageous.
