Les photos de l'hôtel ne sont pas à jour il n'y a plus de piscine ni de spa c'est recouvert de béton et sert de parking comme on peut le voir sur la photo donc on paie le prix mais pas les services. L'hôtel est vieux et les draps de lit sont troués et une odeur forte dans la chambre. Le petit déjeuner est très limité pour du continental peu de choix et seulement 3 tables.

値段相当。エアコンの音がうるさかったのと上の階の人の足音が聞こえて気になった。エアコンの水漏れがあったが、掃除で綺麗にしてくれて対策もしてくれてたのでよかった。

Good location- near Pike/Seaport Village/Convention Center and beaches. We stayed at Queen Mary and needed a basic hotel nearby to finish visiting the area -no frills since we were at beaches/the harbor all day. Near conveniences like fuel station, restaurants and 7-11. We got rental car 5min away at Avis (used this since A- line train stop from LA Union Station was very close). Dont use the beach directly west! Its a dump (trash fills the whole area and water). So drive south a bit (30-45min to other beaches - Huntington or Newport, maybe Seal?). Hotel has free parking with nice clean lot. Its small- filled up by late evening- so late check-ins may have to park in alley which isnt safe looking . Free breakfast with some tables- simple style and host cleaned/refilled items constantly.(Flakes/cheereos, apples/bananas/mini cinn rolls, toast, juice/coffee). Clean room comfy bed and pillows (3/bed). Older hotel (hear guests above you and in halls), but has basic items updated. I was very surprised to see in our room was a washrag/hand towel folded artfully with our soaps tucked in so that was a nice touch. Also just south Hwy 1 has nice oldtown area with cute shops/restaurants/bars with nightlife, folks going for walks.

The Hotel is in a conveint area for most things in Long Beach. It was clean, the front desk was nice. However the area is saturated with homeless people. There is NO pool. (Remove the pic a of pool as your banner photo.) The rooms are what you would expect, mis matched furnishings and re-painted doors and walls. The TV reception was spotty. The breakfast was absolutely minimum with halved croissants and miniature cinnamon rolls. They did have cereal, coffee and juice. The breakfast room is VERY small and only holds about 10 people. I wish they would stop using the small individual soaps and shampoos as they are a waist of plastics. They have limited parking. They have a security guard at night for the back parking lot but no one during the day. I had a man follow me to my car asking for money as I was leaving with my luggage. There also was a young woman getting into her car and he approached her too. I mentioned this to the front desk as I checked out but got only a lame admission of a lot of homelessness but no action was taken to remedy the problem. I would probably not stay here again unless it was the only option. It is not a bad hotel it just could be so much better.

I rarely leave a very derailed review, but this trip warrants one. The good: it was very close to the convention center. It was easy to walk there and back. I felt safe walking around the area even after dark. There is a restaruant, liquor store, and gas station right next to the hotel so it is easy to get stuff you may need. The check in process was quick and easy. The AC in the room worked well. Neutral: there is an ice machine. Itbis on the first floor, but at least they had one. Breakfast was what it was. Options included toast with butter and jam, mini cinnamon rolls, half croissant. They had 2 kinds of cereal with almost cold milk. Apples and bananas. Coffee and tea. They had a machine with juice but it wasnt exactly cold. The bad: the whole fscily had a smell. The elevator smelled like spoiled trash. The room smelled like someone smoked in it. There were a couple plugs but none worked very well. Plugs didnt stay in the outlet. The bathtub was disgusting. I dont know what was in it but it was definitely gross. The dresser, side table, and table were all very old. The drawers didnt work well. The table wobbled and squeaked. All were sticky. Other notes: If you want amy amenities, there are zero. No iron, ironing board, blow dryer, coffee machine, or fridge. Parking is tight. It was noisy as all get out both inside and out. The bed was adequate. A little soft for my liking but ok. Cheap and close to convention center, this is your place. Bare bones, but doable.
