The Lodgings Hotel SureStay Collection by Best Western

The area was decent the staff isn’t that helpful and the room was set up nice but it was dirty . Room needs to be disenfected .Toilet bowl was dirty with a ring of dirt and bugs in it they didn’t even check the room before checking it in for me . Sheets also had stains and stains on bathroom door and room needs to be dusted

En realidad parece un Motel , las personas que trabajan ahí no son muy amables al parecer no les gustan los extranjeros, la comida no es buena y el bar tampoco fue bueno, si vas por una noche porque al día siguiente sales de vuelo, es una opción pero si vas de vacaciones no recomiendo esye hotel

L'hôtel est collé sur l'aéroport et très bruyant. De plus senteur de carburant d'avion.

The hotel was clean. Our first night we were given 2 bothers of water and 1 packet of green tea. Second night we asked the reception if we could get more water and green tea as it was none was left in our room and we were told it was for purchase in the restaurant. $4 for a green tea you had to make yourself. Our check in was smooth but the lady in front of us, they couldn’t find the key for her room and another guy came in because the room they gave him was already occupied. A lot of confusion! Asked for a ride to the airport when we checked out and were told we’d have to pay $5 each or wait for an hour. We walked instead. There was nothing and I mean nothing around at all. We took a cab to go where we wanted because nothing was within walking distance. Also, every morning someone started hammering at about 8am right above us. The one good thing is that the property is very clean and well maintained. The food at the restaurant was very good as well.

Air con didn't work. Hot tub is cold. Can clearly hear phone calls from adjacent room. Was cheaper and you get what you pay for. It's a reasonably modern nice facility. There are just a few shortcomings.

Great spot by the airport , provides free shuttle service to Grace Bay , great service

Check in took way too long and there was no line up. It took 50 minutes because motel couldn’t get their guarantee of funds from our prepaid ******* booking.

I had a good experience although my stay was only for one night. I would actually stay there again.

I spent my birthday here over the weekend and I enjoyed it. I love the night time pool and jacuzzi
