Ho passato una bellissima e piacevole serata al cocktail bar con amici, grazie anche ai camerieri super professionali come Helen, Guru e Manuel. Cocktail buonissimi, per gli amanti del gin consiglio il Rose Gilmet. Atmosfera super intima.

L’hôtel est très bien placé et agencé. La décoration est plutôt réussie. La chambre 9 Langtry donnait sur un mur de briques rouges. La vue est donc affreuse. La salle de douche est minuscule. Il est impossible de regarder la télévision du lit car une grande structure en métal sépare le salon du lit. Le petit déjeuner n’offre pas grand chose et ce qui est servi n’est pas très savoureux.

L'hotel non è male ma il servizio è pessimo.Abbiamo prenotato 6 mesi prima e quando siamo arrivati ci hanno assegnato una camera nel sotterraneo che ,tra l'altro , puzzava di muffa e che ovviamente costava di meno di quella da noi già prepagata mattraverso il sito booking.Quando abbiamo protestato ci hanno risposto che erano fully booked e che la nostra camera non era disponibile , dietro nostre ulteriori rimostranze ci hanno allora assegnato un'altra camera che almeno non puzzava ma di categoria inferiore alla nostra e ci hanno assicurato che avrebbero rimborsato la nostra differenza di prezzo.Tornati in italia,abbiamo chiesto il rimborso a noi dovuto attraverso booking ma loro hanno risposto a booking che nulla ci era dovuto, quindi sconsigliamo vivamente di andare in questo hotel in quanto non sarete mai sicuri di alloggiare nella camera che avete scelto e pagato. Inutile aggiungere che oltretutto il personale è scostante ed arrogante all'ennesima potenza, hotel molto sconsigliato!

L'Hotel è stato recentemente ristrutturato (e si vede!), ha camere spaziose rispetto alla grandezza media della città, ben insonorizzata e arredate con gusto. Anche le aree comuni sono belle ed eleganti. Si trova a 3 minuti a piedi dalla Circle Line (Gloucester Road) con diversi supermercati nelle vicinanze. Ci sono però degli aspetti che non mi permettono di dare il massimo dei voti: 1) sul sito parlano di cucina attrezzata ma in realtà per cucinare c'è solo un forno microonde. 2) alcuni giorni la camera è stata rifatta, in altri hanno cambiato solo gli asciugami. Perchè? 3) rapporto qualità prezzo sbilanciato: l'hotel è QUASI un 4 stelle ma su diversi aspetti si può lavorare!

hôtel 5 étoiles exemplaire . décoration raffinée, sans être pesante le vrai chic anglais. Très confortable, la piscine vaut le détour. Service irréprochable . Nous avons hâte d'y revenir et de découvrir l'an prochain leur nouvel établissement à Covent Garden

Horrible experience.The only good thing about this hotel is the decoration and location.They didn't care of our booked room with a garden view or a street view one (which was very important cause I have claustrophobia) and they gave a room without window and smelling musty.The receptionists are so unprofessional and 0 knowledge of customer service. If youdon't want to ruin your days in London stay away. Worst Hotel ever.

This isn’t really a Hotel, it’s different. We stayed in a Club Town Apartment, with a three window view over looking the street below and the hotel opposite. The apartment isn’t huge, however it was more than adequate, for our 19 night stay. There is a fridge, dishwasher, convection microwave/oven, coffee pod machine, toaster and kettle. Cutlery is provided. The bed is comfortable, there are power point’s everywhere, shelves, room to hang your clothes or store your bags. An in-room laptop safe is provided. A hairdryer, an iron and ironing board are found in the cupboard. If your stay is 2 weeks or more, you can request access to the laundry area. There is a bar and a restaurant however whilst these looked lovely we didn’t utilise them. Nor did we use the well appointed guest areas, pool, library or relaxation rooms, however upon inspection these are a real bonus, should your visit be less tourist and more relaxation these areas are welcomed. Upon arrival we found the air conditioning quite cold, the temperature unfortunately could not be adjusted from our in room controller as it was locked remotely. We were provided a space heater to counteract the cool. When engineering were available they unlocked the controller and we could regulate the temp as required. Cleaning happens once a week, generally mid to late afternoon. I believe should you require more regular cleaning you can opt to pay extra for this service. We enjoyed our stay here, the location is excellent the apartment is quirky as is the complete facility. The Staff we dealt with were engaging, polite and professional. We had one small hiccup on check-out, a bottle of champagne was incorrectly charged to our room. However this was quickly rectified and we were assured we would not be charged. We stayed 19 nights and the apartment suited our needs, the experience was pleasant and enjoyable.

PATHETIC Experience! Don't recommend it. 5 Star "Hostel" 1. Upon arriving with our transport from the airport, we were not assisted with our 4 big bags by a porter or doorman, even though there was a porter carrier and staff not doing anything. 2. We were not greeted and welcomed upon arrival. There is zero hospitality. 3. Rooms are not well designed. Water from the shower easily escapes shower doors leaving water to pond on the floors. Cupboard spaces are not easily accessible. 4. They don't change towels every day. We were told that this is changed once every week. There seems to be no clear protocol on this that is made clear to the guests. 5. We have two separate rooms. One of them was cleaned and the other was not ??? 6. On our first day, we unwrapped the plastic from the bags when we arrived and left them near the bin in the kitchen as it was too big for the bin for cleaners to take away. Day 2 and has not been removed. 7. Came home quite late with my family from a concert. We were hungry and requested UberEats to leave at reception. Ubereats guy said the reception was not allowing him to keep it at reception. Without the hotel notifying us or trying to contact us to inform us of this or offer alternatives we could look at, our food was placed on the steps in the street upon our arrival. If it is hotel policy, sure no problem, as a courtesy to protect their guests, try contacting us and check how far we are or maybe offer a solution. 8. Staff are extremely arrogant. 9. The hand wash in our room was almost finished when we arrived. 5 star hotels usually make sure that these details are not left unattended. The hotel relies heavily on its location and decor but does not take care of the details that make it 5-star. Currently staying here for another few days and wish we booked elsewhere.

The hotel itself is of grand design, thought out and executed very well. This is a 5 star hotel which is let down by non 5 star customer service. The two do not work together unfortunately. I checked in with high anticipation of a wonderful stay, only to find the room itself in a very dirty standard, and obviously had not been checked by a supervisor and approved for release. I took photos and went to see reception and was told that they would change my room immediately only for a lady to tell me actually we are fully booked tonight, we will send a cleaner to the room. I said would you like me to give you the photos so you can follow this up and the lady said no I don’t need the photos, I believe you. Poor management practice. Whilst they did send a cleaner to the room, it was still a bad start and we were not even offered a drink for the upheaval. To add insult to injury, I discovered the hotel was not full that night. The room was poorly designed, unable to watch tv from the bed and no room to watch the tv from the table and chairs provided. Really not thought about. Again not a 5 star experience. I did speak to the receptionist on checkout who showed empathy and sincerity and said he would investigate further and apologised very much for the points raised in this review and asked me for the photos that I took. Two months later, I didn’t ever receive an email or any further apology which I find disconcerting. The general feeling on checkout was that various customers were also not satisfied with the visit for whatever reason. Not a good sign generally, and I will not be returning to this property for an abundance of reasons.
