Spiders on bed and Mosquitoes everywhere.

La habitación era bastante grande, la limpiaron todos los dias. El desayuno lo normal en estos establecimientos. Lo peor, el ascensor no funcionaba y llevando equipaje grande fue un poco incómodo. Si podemos repetiremos en este hotel

Great budget hotel. Located just by the river with loads of Bars and restaurants close by. 5 minutes walk from Putney Bridge tube station. Only complaint was the duvet not being for a double bed. Which I assume is because I booked for one person. It would not have been good if two stayed

Fairly easy contactless check in. I stayed in a single bedroom. It was a reasonable size, clean and comfortable. The shower was a excellent size and had amazing power/heat. I skipped breakfast but it was included!

Clean compact room …I booked a comfort single with queen size bed but it had a SINGLE quilt …good air-con, large T.V clean, but not too happy with the digital check in on the street & lack of staff .. breakfast is basic & in a room with about 6 tables and again no staff … great location for walking around Putney & the Wetherspoons pub the Rocket in Putney wharf.

Excellent location for us and the air conditioning was a life saver in this blistering heat. However, over-all not too impressed with our stay in this hotel. Quite basic and not much choice if one likes a cooked breakfast. Some guests had difficulty booking in due to the desk not always being manned. Reported the toilet because water constantly dribbling into the pan. This should have been given priority due to drought conditions. But it was not fixed all the time we were there. Towels not always replaced when left on the floor for changing.

The self check in and not having a designated staff constantly in reception was a challenge because there was no one to raise issues to. I came in for a business meeting and I had very poor and slow internet connection that made it impossible to connect to my zoom conference meeting. This defeated the whole purpose of getting the hotel room as I was transiting through London.

Clean and tidy except the bathroom wall around and above the sink - it was covered in dark grey spatter - who knows when it last saw a damp cloth and disinfectant. quite a shame, but as the property is unmanned (despite signage saying it was manned between 08 and 18) there was noone to report it to. Registration was painful too with a very slow interface

We stayed two nights as the hotel was close to where my daughter’s wedding reception was and we were very satisfied with our choice. The hotel was clean and the beds comfortable. The rooms are on the small side but with all the necessary amenities. We liked the shower which was spacious with a good flow. There was a good choice of breakfast items. The staff were friendly and we found the man on reception really helpful in ordering us a taxi and ensuring it arrived on time. It was also helpful to be able to store our luggage in a locked room for a few hours after check out.
