卡爾頓塔卓美亞飯店(The Carlton Tower Jumeirah)

I always stay in the Carlton Tower when in London. The hotel is maintained to a high standard, is well presented and spotless. Staff are attentive and offer a personalised service. The peak health club with huge pool and skyline gym are a key reason to check in. My family enjoyed spending time in exclusive Cadogan gardens. Food is delicious (I had two breakfast croissants!) and everything you can think of is provided in a well thought out way. Balcony views over London are incredible.

I stayed at the Jumeirah Lowndes and it was wonderful! I was alone and not able to locate the companion I was supposed to be meeting. I also had no electronics whatsoever with me, not even a phone. The staff at the Jumeirah Lowndes were so kind and accomodating that I will be forever grateful. Also the hotel is beautiful and I had no complaints whatsoever.

Unfortunately our stay was un pleasant The management there is not helpful they managed to withdraw double payment and i didn’t receive my money back and they also ignored , the main headquarters should really pay attention to what is happening there .

What a wonderful stay I’ve had with my daughter. From arrival to departure everything was superb. It was my daughters 10th birthday and members of staff went to town to make her day even more special! A big thank you to Beibhim for arranging such a wonderful birthday surprise in our room for my daughter!! It really was totally unexpected and it just made the stay more memorable and personal. Attention to detail was fantastic. I was actually taken back by how much Beibhim listened to my daughters interests at check in to then personalise her birthday experience at the hotel!! Another big thank you to Ash for offering to drive my daughter to certain spots in london that she wanted to visit for her birthday. My daughter said she will remember this special day forever. Thank you all again for your hospitality, you deserve to know how great you all are! I would recommend anybody to stay here, stunning hotel and attention to detail is superb. I had an insecure stay, as 200 pounds went missing from my suitcase. I wouldn’t stay there again and won’t recommend the hotel to any of my friends or relatives. Your stuff are not safe.

We have stayed in Jumeirah group hotels in Dubai for 20 years. As it was our Anniversary I wanted to ensure we had an amazing break in London and so having experienced Jumeirah service and luxury, I had no hesitation in booking the Carlton Tower and I was not disappointed. From pre hotel arrival to the moment we left, the service was first class. Not pushy, very discreet and professional but with kind, courteous touches. The hotel itself was beautiful and room elegant and comfortable. There were a number of special touches that the hotel did as it was our anniversary which were lovely. We are already planning to return in the winter with our family. Thank you Carlton Tower for making our anniversary so special
