GRN舒適飯店(Comfotel Grn)

Good location hotel. Room a little small for four of us. Only three cups and three clothes hangers- didn’t really affect our stay. Beds comfy and clean. Could use a mirror in the main room. Was lovely and let us leave our cases on last day so we could explore more.

We had some issues with our booking but it was sorted out quickly. We stayed in a different hotel next door. The room was clean but small. Beds okay. The location is excellent - close to the tube, shopping centre and tourist attractions.

The Comfotel GRN hotel in London is by far the worst hotel I have ever stayed at. The hotel rooms were dirty, they never changed the sheets of the beds, and the bathroom showers looked like they had never been cleaned. My family and I booked two different rooms at this hotel and in BOTH rooms there were bed bugs! We discovered the bed bugs around 2:00 in the morning and when I went to reception to let them know about it, the man wouldn’t even let me into the reception area. He opened a window to speak to me and he had clearly been sleeping when I tried to buzz in to the reception area. He then tried to tell me to wait until the morning to deal with this issue, probably because he just wanted to keep sleeping! I argued, of course, because I was not going to sleep in a bed that had bed bugs in it and he finally gave me a key to a different room but that honestly did not make me feel any better. If there were bed bugs in both of the rooms we had stayed in, I was sure there would be bed bugs in this next room as well. My family and I did not sleep at all that night and around 8am or 9am, we went back to the reception area. Again, the man did not let us in when we buzzed and spoke to us through the window. Finally, I had asked if we could just go inside (because it was also very cold outside) and he let us into the hallway, but still not into the reception area. I explained the situation to him again and then he left us alone in the hallway to speak to his manager over the phone. When he came back, he told us that he could give us another room and I told him that we would not be doing that, that all we needed was a refund for the nights that we would not be staying because we were not going to risk dealing with more bed bugs. He called his manager again and then handed me the phone so that I could talk to her. I reexplained the story to her. She was hesitant at first but she finally agreed to giving us a refund for the days we wouldn’t be staying (we had already stayed 5 days and they were going to refund us for 6). After a few days we still hadn’t received a refund so we went back to the hotel and they told us that they were going to process it as soon as possible and then would give me a call. The man even gave me a card with the companies email on it and said I could email them and they would respond immediately. They never called me and I emailed the company and never heard back. We still have not received a refund. This happened in November of 2022 and it is now January. The management of this hotel is absolutely terrible and the hotel itself is super disgusting. The fact that they didn’t want to help us when we found bed bugs in not one, but TWO rooms is horrible. DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL!

To clarify I did not get to stay at this hotel, so unsure about the rooms. I had booked a room through *********** (pay at property) 2 adults 1 child. For some reason they tried to take the money from my card before check-in. When they couldn’t get the money they cancelled the booking. I noticed the cancellation at 17.30 as I was attending Notting hill carnival, and phoned the hotel. I told the man my name and explained what had happened with the website. He assured me everything was fine, it didn’t matter and to just check in as normal. My friend and 7 year old daughter arrived at 9pm to be told that my room was not available. The man at reception was very rude! The man who took my phone call earlier in the day claimed he did not speak to me at all. Which was a flat out lie. In all honesty I’m glad I didn’t get the room now. From what I saw of comfort grn it looked very much like a dirty hostel. We booked Novotel west London, last minute. The staff are really helpful. The hotel and rooms are very clean.

Outside the hotel is smocking area and staff ali allow me to use kitchen area to do my office work and use microwave for food.every room have fridge and kettle facility. I check out at 12 pm free of charge, i recommend this hotel, i specially thanks the staff

Although it was a last minute booking, I was waiting in the rain for over an hour for someone to check me in. The confirmation email stated to go to a building down the road to pick up keys, but then I was sent back to the property and asked to call the number on the door. Could smell cigarettes, and overall was very noisy. Relatively clean room and bathroom, location was decent, but wouldn’t stay again.

We got to the hotel after work don't book from the pictures as we did. Looked for some where cheap to stay don't do it. Went to the address only to call the number on the door to find out we had to go to the sister hotel on the same street. On entering the hotel the smell the front desk had trouble speaking English not to judge the homeless guy Mr Fix It living in the front garden. We got a basement room which was dirty damp but the smell drains was making my body itch. The only thing was to go out to the bar and sink a couple of beers. DO NOT BOOK.

Hotel is dirty, stains in the room, very difficult to check-in, room is claustrophobic, room was next to the main road so got minimal sleep. PLEASE read other reviews. Cannot stress how bad this 'hotel' is.

It was not good ! We had to walk between the three hotels just to get to our room . Then to find in the morning there was no breakfast provided even though that’s why we chose the hotel ! So we could have breakfast as a family in the morning. As it was ment to be included in the stay
