酒店的設施很一般，但是酒店的位置非常好，出行非常方便，機場45分鐘地鐵直達。附近兩個地鐵站步行衹要5-6分鐘。而且地鐵站附近有華人超市和不錯的中餐。到海德公園步行6分鐘，到帝國理工大學步行也衹要15-20分鐘。

酒店服務一流，前檯女服務員很友善親切及樂意幫忙，還介紹了景點路線給我們，我們十分感謝她。
酒店設施及房內環境一般，房間雖小但五臟俱全，有洗頭水及護髮素；有肥皂及肥皂液；有細小的檯子及掛衣設施，衛生環境一般，不要期望太高，畢竟是3星級別。
酒店位置很好，座落於寧靜的小區，但行走5至10分鐘，就有很多不同種類的餐廳，有中式、意大利菜、巴西菜、印度菜 .......。行走5分到underground Bayswater station ，另一方向行走8分鐘就能到達Queensway station，由酒店行走20分鐘到達Paddington Station。
The hotel service is excellent, the front desk waitress is very friendly and willing to help, and she also introduced us with the directions of attractions, we are very grateful to her.
Hotel facilities and room environment is average, although the room is small but all the organs, there are shampoo and conditioner, soap and soap liquid, there are small tables and hanging facilities, the sanitary environment is average, do not expect too high, after all, it is a 3-star level.
The location is good, located in a quiet neighborhood, but 5 to 10 minutes walk away there are many different kinds of restaurants, Chinese, Italian, Brazilian, Indian... A 5-minute walk to underground Bayswater Station, an 8-minute walk in the other direction to Queensway station and a 20-minute walk from the hotel to Paddington Station.

Hotel accogliente in una zona deliziosa e tranquilla. Molto vicino alle metro verde e gialla. Camere piccole ma carine, bagno direi molto essenziale. Il letto e tra i piu comodi mai trovati in un hotel. Abbiamo dormito benissimo. A pochi metri si trova un bar per fare una meravigliosa colazione. Torneremo sicuramente ❤

I arrived early and was able to check in and have acces to the room right away. The room was clean and I was told that for cleaning service, let them know at the reception before 11.00am. The location is perfect. Underground 5 minutes walking distance and many busstops, shops, restaurants etc. in the vicinity.

Staff were great and very friendly. Room had a kettle and tea & coffee that I wasn’t expecting. They also have luggage storage so you can leave your bag when you checkout.
But I was persuaded to book because it said the rooms have soundproof walls, they don't. I was woken up at least once every night by people in the rooms on either side, the walls must be paper thin
Shame because in every other way it was much better than expected

Terrible experience! We did the check in around 1 pm, We were resting at the room, and at 7 pm, suddenly a man open my room with 2 girls allegedly that our room was assigned to them!! We got scare that the key room can open others rooms! No elevator! You are lucky if you get q room on the first floor.

The pictures do not reflect the condition of the room or hotel.
We were on the top 3rd floor and judging by many of the comments, families seem to be at the top of the stairs.
It is very hot, the fans are inadequate& there is is one fan per room (we asked). The window was broken and would not stay up and the pull down drape in the other room was broken (it actually had white paint on it, so I assume whoever painted the room was too lazy to remove the drape in the first place). The guest wifi was garbage & did not work on the third floor.
Further, it was a standard family suite at the top of the third floor that had traditional old, low & wide windows and no screens on them making it very dangerous for wandering toddlers. So the options are sweat in the room or keep the window open for your kid to potentially fall through.
I would never rebook here and do not recommend families to book here. We stayed at hostel when we first arrived in London for half the price and honestly it was in better condition.

Hotellet ligger super godt/centralt på stille vej.
Personalet er super flinke.
Rengøringen var mangelfuld. Sengelinned var meget beskidt, da vi ankom og vi måtte selv skifte det. Da vi fik noget nyt, var det i øvrigt også beskidt.
Du skal selv bede om rengøring og de vurdere så om der skal gøres rent…. Man får da håndklæder som nogle gange er rene, når man beder om rengøring og sengen bliver redt. Støvsugning sker nogle gange.
Værelserne er små 12 m2 til 4 personer.
Sengene er udemærkede, men obs på dobbeltdyne.
