Wonderful location. Super friendly staff. The perfume used for public area is great and soon there will be commercial products for it.

This is my second time staying at this hotel and it was excellent - especially the staff. At registration, I was graciously greeted by Magdalena, Iulia and Joanos. They answered all my questions are were very friendly. Massive shoutout to Alex and Jackson for helping me out during a time I needed assistance. Excellent staff that are managing this hotel and I will certainly come back to stay. This is my go-to hotel when in London. Mr. Eldine

Super godt hotel, venligt personale og flot udsigt fra værelserne som alle ligger fra 9-14 etage. Hyggelig restaurant på 15. etage og Rooftop på 16. etage med 360 graders udsigt over hele London. Grundet højden hører man ikke trafikken. Kun 5. min gang til Oxford Circus station og 9 min gang til Bond Street station, så er man dækket ind på de fleste linjer. Alt shopping starter ved Oxford Circus. Og teater distriktet er lige rundt om hjørnet.

A short two night stay. Key for us was my 80th at old mother is a smoker and we needed a place where she could sit and smoke. The lift system was a bit confusing at first but we soon rolled with it. Fab roof top 360 view smoking zone and if not inclined for heights, there is a very nice sheltered small smoking area in front of the hotel. Breakfast and light menus are fab for restoring the body and extremely comfortable beds for a great night sleep.

My flight arrived 2.5 hours late. I ended up at the hotel at midnight. When my taxi pulled up the bell man was already outside to help me with the bags and had them removed while I was paying the taxi. Further, the staff had already, without my asking, upgraded me to a large suite. Upon check in my bags were taken to my room and placed while I was still at the front desk - no one asked for tip. Once in my room I instantly felt at home, very warm and welcoming a**osphere. I stay in a lot of hotels each year, from Ritz Carlton’s to Sheratons; never have I had such an amazing and genuine welcoming. Great city views, friendly staff and impeccable service.

What a perfect hideout in a perfect spot. We loved the window couch. Great to hang out and it shapes a lot of space in the room. Lots of seating and storage spots in the room as well. Staff is super friendly and helpful. A continental breakfast would be a nice addition though. Room service was good.
