飯店的位置簡直太棒了，步行幾分鐘即可到達聖潘克拉斯 (Saint Pancras)、比特甚博物館 (Bitish Museum) 和特拉法加廣場 (Trafalgar Square)。
飯店本身非常平淡，前台單調，房間寬敞但同樣單調，早餐室沒有窗戶。

観光とその前後の移動のしやすさで決めましたが、期待通りでした。 また、ロンドン市内のホテルの中では部屋が大きく、キャリー2個を広げても余裕がありました。 掃除もしっかりされており、とても快適に過ごすことができました。 連泊していたので、途中部屋の掃除をお願いしたのですが、されていないことがあり、この1点だけは残念でした。 毎日フロントでお願いすれば新しいタオルはもらえます。 ドライヤーは部屋にありますが、歯ブラシやパジャマは持参する必要があります。

L'hôtel est très bien situé. Proche de la gare et du cœur de Londres. A 5mn de la station Holborn et de nombreux bus à proximité. L'hôtel est propre. Le check-in peut se faire à n'importe quelle heure avec les bornes automatiques. Le personne est responsable gentil et à l'écoute. Le petit déjeuner est plutôt complet même s'il manque du chocolat chaud.

Service is absolutely awful. We travel frequently and not come across such an appalling service. Still waiting to check into 2nd room for family and the receptionist Sameera proudly expressing you can mention my name on review showing negative attitude. The other room given has an awful odour and not clean at all. The hotel is short on cleaners and cannot accommodate the service at all. Do not waste your money on this hotel book elsewhere.

Having stayed at many hotels I must say the service at this place was by far our worse experience. The location was great. The service we received from Samira initially was great, but when challenged instead of being understanding was very defensive. We booked 2 rooms the first we checked in early by an hour and were charged not an issue. The other having tried three times was not ready even after 4pm. When questioned why the delay it was put to limited staff. I understand but asked why did you charge for early check in and then take no responsibility for the room offered late surely some give and take or cancel the charge for early check in very rude and defensive. If she said politely no and. It in her hands understandable, why the attitude ?

Arrived at our room 126, was a good size room, a little disappointed when we found someone’s old sock, and tissue in the room. Also no bath and the window couldn’t open but apparently fresh air is circulated in the room which just isn’t true. On posters all over the hotel shows pancakes yet when my son and husband went down for breakfast one morning they were told no pancakes. But as we only used the hotel as a base we didn't let any of that ruin our mini break.
