倫敦溫布爾登百老匯普瑞米爾飯店(Premier Inn London Wimbledon (Broadway))

I often use Premiere Inns because I know I will always have a comfortable bed and a clean room. Additional security such as a chain on the door would be an improvement, Was disappointed to see activist 'Pride' branding and statements about gender identity in the 'be kind' statement in foyer

I was in a party of 20+ guys who had booked to stay for the weekend. One of the guys had booked most of the rooms and we were all supposed to be in twin rooms. However, when I got to my room there was only one stadard double bed and as my roomate was a 20+ stone large gentlemen that was never going to work. I went striaght down to reception and explained the situation and asked if we could be moved to a twin room and apy any additional costs if there were any. My request was denied and was told that we had been allocated the room type that was booked. I said there must have been an oversight and the receptionist said that that sometimes happens with the prmier plus rooms were there is only one bed vs the standard rooms were they are twin bedded rooms. In teh end I had to pay for another room for my 2 nights stay at a cost ＞£200. Very dissappointing!

We stayed here last week, after being on the road since 2am and arriving at 9am, and although we recognised this was early, asked to pay for early check-in to be told this wasn’t an option. They also refused to allow us the use of a toilet before check-in. We arrived back to check-in and found staff hoovering stairs and we found ourselves feeling in the way. Staff attitudes just felt gloomy and unfriendly. The room just felt neglected, grotty skirting, not the best clean and some weird stains on chairs. The plus side was the proximity to the tube station and we found commuting into London super easy from the hotel.

Appalling service in the restaurant and very rude manageress. The food was absolutely awful and when we complained we were told to send an email to customer services, even though she admitted the meal wasn’t as described on the menu. No change of towels for 3 days and no cleaning. You have to clean your toilet yourself and do your own washing up. We usually stay at the Hilton and will do so from now on. How this premier in has a 4 star rating is beyond me. The room was also very cold when we arrived and smelt of cigarettes.

I was given a key card for a room that didn't work. I returned to the desk and the key was reactivated. When I returned to the room I was allocated to find out someone was already in the room very embarrassing. I was then given another room no apology the key didn't work again and so on.

Terrible service at our stay. The so called hotel manager didn’t understand what our complaint was about but instead of talking to us as if we were kids, her tone of voice was mind breaking. Disappointed although the only good part was the welcoming staff from the restaurant and food was nice. The hotel needs sorting especially the staff are not very customer focused as they sit on reception with feet up on the desks units and on their mobile phones. This is not how you run a hotel especially when the reception is the first point if not the face of the business.
