舒適飯店(Comfort Inn London - Ontario)

Room was cramped and dirty. Guest and the front desk person got stuck outside for 10 min since the door was locked. Went here to write an exam but would have preferred in a better hotel.

Très bon rapport qualité/prix. Parfait pour une nuit.

This place is nice. Room was clean and didn't smell. Staff was great.. no fridge in the room. Great location. We would return.

I liked that they had security cameras/monitors at the front desk so they could watch the hallways. Also, they only allow you to enter through the main door. Made it feel safe. They also had me sign a quiet time after 10 item on sign in, which I also liked. I was woken up after midnight, twice by people having a full out conversation in the hall outside my room. It’s not the hotel’s fault. It’s strange that people can be so clueless. Overall, a good stay.

The property is close to everything you'd need. White Oaks Mall just down the road. Various restaurants. Lots of shopping. Friendly, helpful staff. Pet friendly.

Heating system (winter time) not adequate - heating the space between drape and window not the ROOM. Felt cold. No 2nd blanket available in room. Stayed for 2 nights - Bed not made nor sheets changed - not aware that you had to request this until after the fact. Didn't like the area too much - too much activity outside on a Saturday night.

The room was clean and warm The staff was friendly and helpful Price was reasonable Would definitely stay again

We were greeted with smiles! I had just had a procedure on my knee, and needed a main floor room. No problem! We will return!
