The property could use upgrades, such as fixing the night table lamps so a guest doesn't have to get up to turn off the lights. A pressure regulator in the shower would be a nice to have, better housekeeping so there are no hairs from previous guests in the shower(I totally understand that I requested earlier check-in so it may have been rushed), but most importantly, the gentleman whom I dealt with originally on check-in and prior to that on the phone, should not ever deal with clients. He has zero hospitality or customer service experience.
