Staybridge Suites 倫敦(Staybridge Suites London)

We booked this hotel because it was a non-smoking hotel. Someone on our floor was smoking and it made our stay terrible. Front desk did nothing about it (said only the maids could do anything about it and they weren't in until the morning). My allergies were horrible and I couldn't sleep. They did nothing for us, and we couldn't talk to a manager because one doesn't work o the weekend. They wouldn't return our calls. Do not stay at this hotel.

We liked our stay however the water temperature was scalding. Had to be careful when using water. Also there was no soap in washroom and had to request it 3 times. Finally we went to washrooms on first floor and put soap in a cup to use. Eventually they came but couldn’t unlock dispenser. We ended up using dish soap. They brought us a half bottle of dish soap that we could use. Staff tried they just didn’t have the tools to replace. Dishes in cupboard were dirty. Great breakfast with lots of variety.

We were unaware that there are NO pet free rooms on site so all three members of my family (including one who has never had pet allergies) had major reactions to sleeping in the room. For the price, we would have expected some ability to be in a pet free space. The front desk did not answer for calls down to seek additional towels, no support to the room when asked for - generally extremely disappointed with the stay

Felt uncomfortable in the hotel. Only 2 people that seemed genuinely friendly amongst staff. The male housekeeping staff member and the shorter lady in the breakfast area.Nobody answers the phone when you call front desk, pool was freezing cold, a few lights were out in our room and when me tioned to front desk they just ok.

This hotel had an outdoor patio and there were people being very loud all evening up until 2am. The patio is right outside the hotel windows and I was unable to sleep. I called down to the front desk twice and no one was answering. There is a 10 pm quiet rule in the hotel but not outside, I guess.

We stayed 2 nights. It's a very good experience with this hotel. Friendly staff, excellent breakfast, easy parking, quiet and clean room. Don't know why the hotel didn't clean up our room on the 2nd day , even left the garage bins full.

This is a real favorite hotel for me. It is close to the 401. The complementary breakfast is excellent. It’s always worth a few extra dollars vs hotels without a full breakfast buffet. The staff is very helpful and wants guests to enjoy their stay. Suite style rooms with kitchen and fridge comfortable beds.

The hotel is good. I’ve stayed a few times and it’s generally the same every time. Staff is great and friendly. Overall for the price you can’t really beat it. Pool for the kids. Continental breakfast is always a nice bonus. I’m sure I’ll stay again

Unclean bathroom, toilet, bath, blocked bathroom sink, hair on floor. Have made front desk aware. Hotel sold out so no other room available. I have numerous photos that I have shared with the front desk personnel.
