Nice resort. The swimming pool have slidder which are fun to play. Food at the restaurant is good. Children's will love this place

Less than expected amenities provided by hotel

Amazingggg ambience deliciousssss food cool hospitalityyyyy....Meritas by Piccaddle rocksssssss....it was one of the best experience till date....thank you so much all the bestttttt!! Will surely recommend to friends and family!!

1. Entire Staff was very courteous, helpful and service was superb. Aditi, Bhavana, Om Prakash, to name a few. 2. Food was great, particularly the ala carte options at the Picadore restaurant. 3. The resort has number of amenities like the game zone, spa, park, swimming pool and water park, which is great for both kids and adults. 4. The swimming pool and water park are well maintained (just that the backside borders i.e. behind pirate's section would need some maintenance). 5. The WiFi wasn't great to be honest and that's an improvement point :) Overall, an excellent and memorable stay at Picaddle resort and so, would recommend to anyone wishing for a refreshing getaway in Lonavala. One general problem observed in Lonavala though is with transport and it would be great if the resort can plan for some tie-up, which would help provide transportation options for guests (both local and intercity like for Mumbai and Pune).

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Picaddle Resort, and it met my expectations. The property was bit old with well maintained facilities. The staff's hospitality was good, from the Sveda spa to the water park , ensured a delightful experience. The comfortable rooms and delicious dining options added to the overall charm. I highly recommend Meritas picaddle Resort for a rejuvenating and memorable stay.

The moment we stepped in the staff greeted us warmly, and every detail of our stay was meticulously attended to. Our room was a good and spacious The amenities were good to, from the spa to the dining options. The attention to detail and the exceptional service truly set this hotel apart. Our stay was nothing short of perfection, and we can't wait to return. Pintu Spa ***ager was very helpful with giving is last moment appointment and extending the game zone by half hour which kept our child busy and we could get the spa therapy

It was the most wonderful trip which we had at Meriitas Picaddle Resort Lonavala. Picaddle Resort is a highly maintained property with courteous and friendly staff.The best part of this resort is that it is situated at heart of the city with superb amenities.Water park inside the resort,I liked the most.Food is also very tasty. Special appreciation for a complementary cake on our Anniversary We are planning to visit soon! I highly recommend!! Keep the good work up!!

Staying at Meritas Picaddle lonavala was an amazing experience. It was just for a day but it was so relaxing yet enriching for us. Overall hospitality cleanliness was very good . Staff was very cooperative and interactive. Food was really delicious & spa was good to @ comparitvely cheaper rates then other hotels👌 Highly recommended for family and friends to get rejuvenated at Meritas picaddle 👍

The room service is very laid back and delayed. I had to keep calling repeatedly and got the service only after an hour and a half.
