My trip , was disrupted before we even arrived at the hotel, we contacted Alison at the Village In to advise her we would be much later than expected and have to leave earlier than expected the next day. She was extremely accommodating and whent out of her way to assist and provide a very pleasant stay.
I would definitely return next time I'm in the area.

The whole stay from beginning to end, it was 10/10. The lady owner was friendly, she allowed us to have our own food at the table in the evening, bathroom had all the toiletries you would ever need, the breakfast was tailored made for each of us, fresh fruit salad, freshly made porridge and a full cooked Scottish breakfast. Very good value. Highly recommend it

The property and the rooms are first class,Allison gave us a warm welcome when we arrived, she showed us around the room which was first class as was the breakfast which kept us going for the rest of the day and all this is due to hard work she puts into it, we would definitely go there again and would definitely recommend.

The Village Inn, Kirtlebridge is a total gem. Convenient if you're travelling but also a lovely spot just to visit. The family room is perfect, lots of space and proper beds (no mattresses on the floor or fold outs). Breakfast was delicious. We took our dog and she was made very welcome too. We will definitely be back!!!
