For shared use: property, park, lawn for sunbathing, beautiful garden to relax, indoor pool angular heated (20 x 6 m, depth 140 - 140 cm) with internal staircase. Shower/WC in the pool area, outdoor shower, table tennis, patio, terrace. In the house: sauna (extra). Fitness room, playroom, washing machine (extra), tumble dryer (for shared use, extra), drying room. Motor access to the house. Public parking on the road extra. Shop, grocery, restaurant, café 200 m, bus stop, railway station "Locarno - Muralto SBB-CFF". Golf course (18 hole) 7 km, walking paths from the house 50 m, cable car 700 m. Nearby attractions: Ascona, schöner Wochenmarkt am Dienstag, Brissago Inseln, Piazza Grande, Locarno, Falconeria, Locarno, Madonna del Sasso, Ronco s/Ascona, Mercato: Cannobio IT, Intra IT, Luino IT, Ponte Tresa IT. The apartment is excellent for a stay in spring, in autumn. In the summer when it's hot, no, missing Air conditioning does not allow sleep at night, the heat builds up. Otherwise great, nice view of the Magadino plain given
