Never fussy, always flawlessly timed, the staff knows when to appear and assist and, more importantly, when not to. The rooms? Spotless, polished, and so well maintained they could pass for brand new. The food is delicious. There's a sense of space and privacy throughout – you can truly relax here, and that’s becoming harder to find these days. If we had to point out one, it would be this: with great luxury comes a certain kind of guest. This is the sort of place where fellow guests don’t so much greet you as assess you. A raised brow here, a barely perceptible glance there – one feels not unwelcome, but rather under review. Still, it’s all part of the charm. If you’ve ever wanted to star in your own episode of “The Tastefully Dressed Stranger Who May or May Not Belong Here,” this is your stage. In short: Castello del Sole is exceptional.
