Stay away from this place!!! there is a big gap between what is shown on the website and what is actually received. The accommodation is actually in another building used for offices and apartments. There is a loud noise from outside from the Bars until late hours of the night. The hot water is enough for two showers and we were 6 people. the hotel rreceptionists did not provide a solution or compensation. There is no advantage to the place except for the central location and even parking lot is a 5 minute walk. I was very disappointed with the service and the stay!

M han rubato il bagaglio in reception. In teoria l hotel stesso invita a lasciarlo lì prima del check in dato che danno le camere alle 3 del pomeriggio..... Vacanza rovinata 500€ di danni e nessuna assistenza. Ho dovuto chiamare io la polizia Svizzera. Giudicate voi a me mi censurano

This simple, budget hotel is very good value for money. It is clean and comfortable, if a bit old. The breakfast buffet was also good value for money. The hotel is central, on the main square in Locarno, and close to the lake. Checking in and out was efficient. The hotel also has a restaurant but we didn't eat there.
