Très bon emplacement Personnel très sympa Je conseille les chambres familiales

Hotel très bien situé Le buffet est très convenable avec des soirées à thème Petit déjeuner copieux le personnel est très aimable tant à l accueil que le buffet ou les femmes de chambres Pour notre part notre chambre était pourvue d une très grande terasse c était super face à la mer La literie est de bonne qualité La propreté aussi Le seul point négatif c est que les chambres sont très mal insonorisés o Super séjour Merci

Quasi tutto eccellente ad eccezione di uso di 1 solo ascensore , visto che L altro era un montacarichi , Crede che una struttura di queste dimensioni dovrebbe avere un ascensore più capiente e un po’ più moderno , per il resto tutto ottimo l’accoglienza alla reception il personale la piscina ad eccezione del ristorante garden in cui sono stato una sera che subito dopo ho desistito con personale non all’altezza , menu con scelta limitata tutt’altro che il buffet è sempre eccellente molto vario qualità buona.

On the beach, good restaurant. Valentina is a very dedicated guest, finding solution. In my opinion room 102 is terrible: smell, noise, ants and bugs. Valentina offer me an other room but was difficult to remove all.

soweit war alles OK, alteingesessenes Haus, perfekte Lage, Poolbereich alles eng, nettes Personal, leider hatten wir ein altes Zimmer, aber mit fantastischem Meerblick. All Inklusive- Essen war hervorragend, reichlich Auswahl, ABER bei den Getränken wurden wir 3.Klasse behandelt. Wir mussten auch beim Essen nach Getränken "betteln". Die all inkl. Cocktails kamen aus dem Tetrapack, die "bezahlten" wurden frisch zubereitet, also geschmacklich grausam, AUSSER Mojito, den konnte man trinken. Schade, dass so ein Unterschied gemacht wird, immerhin haben wir im All inkl. Paket auch mehr zahlen müssen. dieses All inkl. ist nicht mit Türkei/Ägypten und co.zu vergleichen. Beachtet dies bei der Buchung. Dies ist der einzige Kritikpunkt, den wir haben.

Bel hôtel ,dommage que les matelas sont très ferme donc mal au dos car on aurait prolonger notre sejour.petit déjeuner très bien ,le soir moyen.

The wors ever hotel i see on my life No friends on staff Parking 180 ero And it was far froom property Staff not friendly and not speaking English Room is not clean discastin Plus food is cold and not enough need to wait for another coking and grill Drinks you have to pay No one help me for anything Air conditioning not working And i am so disappointed with the hotel place and i did stay 10 days and i paid for not the hotel i see on the advert

It was a great stay & will do it again. A first rate establishment!

Fantastic property great location with attentive happy staff . Food options always good in the restaurant . Pool side bar never to busy table service available , a fantastic all inclusive hotel.
