Property composed of main house and outbuilding, outside the resort, 4.2 km from the centre of Artà, in a quiet, sunny position, 11 km from the sea, 11 km from the beach, in the countryside. Private: natural state property (fenced), garden with wildlife garden and trees, swimming pool angular (8 x 4 m, depth 100 - 160 cm, seasonal availability: 01.Jan. - 31.Dec.). WC in the pool area, outdoor shower, patio, arbour, pergola, garden furniture, barbecue, pool maintenance by the owner/gardener. In the house: internet access, WiFi, storage room for bicycles, air conditioning, burglar alarm system, washing machine. Parking at the house on the premises. Wir waren mit 2 Familien vor Ort. Die Anlage sieht vor Ort noch schöner aus als auf den Bildern. Wir würden es immer wieder buchen.

Nice that the rooms are divided over 2 houses. This makes it very suitable for several families. Location also fine and therefore a good base.
