蘭達諾市中心優品迎飯店(Premier Inn Llandudno Town Centre)

這家酒店地理位置優越，而且非常現代。所有的工作人員都非常樂於助人、友好，而且很高興，因為他們四處奔走，滿足每個人的需求。房間非常現代，有步入式淋浴間，床非常舒適（我們甚至買了一張許普諾斯床）。餐點很棒。

飯店看起來是由前海濱飯店改建而成（圖德諾飯店？）。飯店內沒有停車場，但周圍有許多路邊停車位。鎮中心有很多當地咖啡館和商店。飯店氣氛很好，公共區域看起來和聞起來都很新，但臥室就不那麼新了。通常舒適的床和設施。房間裡有茶/咖啡，但很基本，正如您在 Premier Inn 所期望的那樣。我住了一個星期，一切都很好。不過，飯店小型服務停車場外的鋪路需要認真注意。搖搖欲墜，真正的絆倒危險。

The Llandudno Premier Inn suited all our requirements. It is central to the town and close enough to the Promenade to be able to take a relaxing walk each day.

Just back from a short visit. This is a beautiful building in the centre of the town: a few minutes from the beach and the retail park. We had room 19 which had a lovely bay window with a seat and a view over the great orme Dinner was nice but book early they were very busy. Breakfast was almost unbearable with the amount of wild kids and discarded food. But there was one waitress who was lovely and super patient with all the kids. Only issue with the hotel was no parking. We ended up about a mile away. But the walk was lovely.

We stayed here for a week’s businesses Trip . . The staff went above and beyond for us . Nothing was s problem to them .highly recommend it . The breakfast was lovely and staff helped bring the tray up to our room. They don’t do room service but helped me all the same . We loved two comfortable yellow chairs in the corner for dinner. They reserved them for us every evening. The beds are very comfortable too . I would stay there again .

Chaos at check in time , the lobby was crammed as no one could check in until bang on 3pm , we did ask at the desk if we could pay for an early check in at 2pm , the lady at the deck asked another member of staff if our room was available to which she replied "no it won't be " . So the lady kindly let us leave our luggage and we went for a winder around Llandudno When we eventually checked in we got to our room which was bizarre, I usually like to look out to the outside world but no the window actually looked onto a empty inside space which made our room feel very claustrophobic, very strange indeed It would be nice if we had of been informed that the room had no natural daylight coming through the windows as this could be a problem to some people staying The room was clean and tidy and bed comfortable

Our visit was 27th to 28th September 2023. It was the first time we have stayed at this hotel and we were very impressed. The first person we met on arrival was Brandon, who dealt with our check-in. We were greeted with a warm smile and it it was immediately obvious that he had an excellent sense of humour. Our request for an early check-in was dealt with very quickly and efficiently by him. Our Premier Plus room had everything we could want and was cleaned and prepared to a very high standard. The coffee machine in the room was good and four coffee pods were supplied. We did not have an evening meal at the hotel and we are, therefore, not able to comment on the evening food. After an evening spent at Venue Cymru Theatre we returned to the hotel and visited the bar. The three members of staff that served us were all very friendly and efficient and could not do enough for us. Breakfast the following morning was excellent, well prepared and laid out. With as much food and coffee as we wanted it was very good value for money. In conclusion, all of the members of staff that we had contact with were very efficient, friendly, courteous and a credit to the hotel. In fact, we enjoyed our stay at Premier Inn Llandudno Town Centre so much that we have booked to return mid-November 2023 to repeat the experience.
