蘭達諾灣飯店(Llandudno Bay Hotel)

pleasant hotel with good size bedroom and dining areas. However our ensuite bathroom was so badly planned that it affected our enjoyment. The basin was in such a bad position that I banged my head on the shelf above and the shower screen kept moving against the basin and would not stay on the bath. The whole bathroom needs replanning.

飯店迫切需要良好的清潔。外部看起來很棒，但內部卻完全是另一回事。房間（307）滿是灰塵，咖啡機應該扔掉（太髒/不衛生），杯子和茶匙沒有清潔（大概是之前入住的），浴室門看起來像是被牙膏濺過，窗戶內部和外部都需要清潔。第一天早上告訴接待處的女士咖啡機、杯子和湯匙以及浴室門不乾淨。有人告訴我她會告訴客房服務人員來解決所有問題，所以我們離開了這一天，希望能回到一個更乾淨的房間。當我們回來時，所有問題都沒有解決，所以我們自己清潔了杯子、湯匙和門，並且在整個住宿期間沒有使用咖啡機。真的很失望，因為我們在大流行之前住在這裡，它很可愛，但新業主似乎更感興趣的是花錢購買新的水療區，而不是照顧和維護他們已經擁有的東西。

Excellent location in a walkable distance from everything in the centre and across the road from the beach. Room was excellently appointed with Costa coffee pods, earplugs, eye masks, Elemis toiletries, Netflix etc. The hotel and room decor was modern, clean, smart and felt like a luxury stay at a very reasonable price. Staff were super friendly

Absolutely beautiful hotel and staff very friendly. Breakfast had a good selection and was nice. Pillows on the bed were really uncomfortable and had a sore neck in the morning. Excellent location for the venue and overall I would stay again but with different Pillows.

非常愉快的住宿。最重要的是我挑不出這裡的員工。每個成員都非常樂於助人、彬彬有禮、令人愉快。食物很好，房間乾淨舒適。餐廳和酒吧區很棒。

A lovely hotel. Upon arrival our bags were taken to be stored until check in so we were able to go off. We returned to the hotel early and our room had been sorted so able to access the room early. All staff were very pleasant and helpful during our stay. The room was cleaned to a high standard with all amenities available, no need to bring shampoo, body wash etc. Nice little touches…. Hot chocolate, coffee, a selection of teas and lovely shortbread. Breakfast - a good selection available and can recommend the Traditional breakfast, poached eggs cooked perfectly. Such a good location, would definitely come back and we are looking forward to the spa opening.

Really pleasant stay, bay sea view room was a little compact, but comfy, great view, with a really comfy bed, all amenieties, refreshments and elemis toiletries were appreciated and quality. Only negative was that the 2 side bay windows appeared to be painted shut. Large middle window was fine, maybe only an issue in summer.

Felt almost teary at leaving hotel yesterday. All staff made my stay restful and enjoyable every day. From the helpful room attendant, reception staff, bar staff and management. Well done Llandudno Bay Hotel you rock; fun colour décor and staff!

Very nice place, very clean, and the staff were very polite and helpful. Breakfast was very good and made to order NOT buffet style (cold and miserable). The evening meal we had was excellent. We were going to the theatre and was only 150 meters walk which was brilliant. Well recommend to anyone.
