Fantastic traditional seaside hotel
What a lovely welcome from reception on arrival to this traditional seaside hotel! Clean, comfortable room with good beds, hot shower and fluffy towels, plenty of coffee and tea in the room. Good choice of hot and cold items at buffet breakfast. Small bar, with a singer in the evening who was pretty good. Right near pier and shops. We loved it!

We have stayed here about 5 times, the rooms are basic but have all you need and are
spotless.. Could do with redecorating throughout. You couldn't get a better location, turn right out of hotel and you are on the high street turn left and there is the beach.
Free Wi-Fi, the bar opens 5pm to 11pm if you want a drink.
All the staff are brilliant, nothing too much trouble.
Cheap and cheerful, if you're looking for 5 star

When we arrived there was no wait at the check in all went very smoothly. We got the lift up to the 2nd floor and our room was only a couple of doors down. The room was plenty big enough, with a sea view when you looked up the street. the room was adequatly furnished with a comfortable double bed, wardrobe and vanity table. The bathroom was nicely laid out but the shower was a bit of a squeeze. Overall the room was clean, tidy and with a window that opens properly. The breakfast was self service, so you could have what wanted from fruit, cereals, toast or a cooked breakfast. Coffee, tea and juices were available too. A great and pleasent stay was had in a very nice and clean hotel.

El personal muy amable. Es un hotel muy vintage, siento que me transportó a como debió ser este lugar años atrás. El desayuno estaba incluido pero todo era frito y el hotel en general luego del desayuno olía mucho a frito. Creo que es mi única observación! Sería bueno tener una oferta un poco mas amplia para los que no consumen tanto frito. En general estuvo bien

We paid extra for a side sea view but we never got any hot water in the shower and it had a big gap under the door so the light was shining in the bedroom so had to put a pillow over it so I could get some sleep

Nuits étape au White Heather Hotel
Très bien situé, tout près de la plage et de la promenade.
On peut se garer devant et les rues adjacentes de 16h à 10h du matin gratuitement. Après, il faut payer au parcmètre : par tranche de 4h uniquement et qu'on ne peut pas interrompre ! Très pratique : on peut utiliser Pay by phone.
Ville agréable.
L'équipe est accueillante.

Perfectly adequate
The service, cleanliness and comfort was good, only breakfast was provided, and although it was not the mist extensive selection of food, it was perfectly adequate and of good quality. The building itself is dated but despite this, it was clean and comfortable.
