快樂時光音樂會廣場公寓(Concert Square Apartments by Happy Days)

Estuvimos en el apartamento 4, para 8 personas, con 4 camas de matrimonio, un baño y un amplio salón con una mesa y 8 sillas, 2 sofás, TV y cocina. Muy bien equipado, camas muy cómodas. Muy céntrico, muchos pubs y restaurantes al lado, a menos de 10 minutos de The Cavern Club. Único PERO: la zona es muy ruidosa y las ventanas no aíslan, no cierran bien, entra mucho ruido de día y de noche. Y no tienen cortinas, solo estores de lamas que dejan pasar toda la luz. Si se quiere dormir, imprescindible venir equipado con tapones y antifaz.

Booked for my daughters 21st an can honestly say I couldn’t be any more happier the apartment was very spacious well equipped and spotless the staff where amazing and very helpful tbh they went above and beyond will most definitely be booking again

absolutely beautifully cleaned apartments and great front of house team operating! any extra things i needed i was given with half an hours time, would definitely stay again and recommend to friends and family!

The reviews in this place must be fake. Really awful experience. Check in was a nightmare. We booked 3 bedrooms and got a shared room but no refund. It wasn’t clean and there was still trash in the bins. Water leaking from a bedroom ceiling and terrible smell in the bathroom. Avoid at all costs.

We stayed here for 2 nights - a Saturday & Sunday, in August. Centrally placed if you want to go clubbing - if you want sleep, not so. The apartment was clean, spacious, basic equipment. There were no oven trays, tea towels, or oven gloves. Plenty of towels though. Our apartment was on the 3rd floor, which we were not told, and one of our party has mobility issues and struggled with these. There was also a lot of noise - music and people, both from the street, and from the other apartments resulting in 2 poor nights sleep, especially on the Saturday night. The only windows were sky lights, which had permanently closed blinds on them that kept little light out, but also kept it dull during the day.

Customer service communication was dire, left after 2nd night of 3 night booking. Never again!!! The room was an oven and the apartments windows do not have option to open. Air conditioning did not work despite them being adamant that it was fully working! Strange attitude to have with a paying customer, and very let down over how they handled everything. Outside the front is party central with loud music playing until gone 3am EVERY night. I fully advised them it was work and not a social trip, Liverpool has so much so that I advise you look elsewhere.
