落羽杉花園別墅飯店(Cypress Garden Villas)

Μόλις επιστρέψαμε από Κεφαλλονιά κ η διαμονή μας στο Cypress Garden Villas ήταν απλά καταπληκτική!! Πρόκειται για μια ανεξάρτητη κατοικία πλήρως εξοπλισμένη και υπέροχα μοντέρνα διακοσμημένη!!!Διαθέτει ένα υπνοδωμάτιο και ένα ενιαίο χώρο σαλόνι-κουζίνα, όπου έχει ένα καναπέ κρεββάτι που χωράνε άνετα 2 άτομα.Το μπάνιο διαθέτει μια ντουζιέρα και είναι ευρύχωρο.Είναι σημαντικό να αναφέρω ότι η κατοικία είναι όπως ακριβώς την βλέπετε σε διάφορα site !! Η ιδιοκτήτρια πολύ ευγενική και διακριτική!!Το κατάλυμα διαθέτει μια υπέροχη ιδιωτική πισίνα, η οποία είναι πολύ καθαρή μιας κ την φρόντιζαν κάθε πρωί. Βρίσκεται στο χωριό Ντομάτα που είναι 20 λεπτα περίπου από το Αργοστόλι!! Δίπλα υπάρχει και ένα πολύ καλό εστιατόριο για όποιον δεν θέλει να μετακινηθεί που δίνει κ φαγητό σε πακέτο. Θα επιστρέψουμε σίγουρα στην επόμενη επίσκεψη μας στη Κεφαλλονιά!!

What a fabulous base to explore Kefalonia. A perfect villa with a pool in an enclosed, private garden. There is a private parking space if you hire a car, next to the villa. We hired from Greekstones which is a five minute walk away. They were brilliant and very friendly and helpful. Car was immaculate inside and out. You will be greeted at the villa with a warm welcome from Rania. Anna is the lovely lady who comes to clean the villa alternate days, and does a very thorough job. The villa is beautifully clean. Bedding and towels are changed alternate days. There are separate towels for the poolside. The bathroom is great with a brilliant shower and plenty of hot water which is supplied by a tank on the roof heated by a solar panel. Toiletries are provided, including hair/body wash and a body moisturiser and hand soap. The bedroom has a wardrobe with hanging space (obviously 🤣) and drawers. There is another area in the sitting area also for storing clothes and toiletries. There is a fabulous professional style hairdryer in the bedroom. The lounge has a sofa bed, if you are a party of four. TV has Netflix and Prime Video. Although we couldn’t watch prime video even though logged into my account… but not a problem. The kitchen area has a hob and oven, kettle and toastie maker. Washing up liquid, scourer and tea towel provided. There is a washing machine which holds a small load and a clothes aider outside with pegs provided. There are air conditioning units in the lounge/kitchen area and the bedroom. A few treats left for guests on arrival including a bottle of wine. There is a small, compact Supermarket close by ( 5 minute walk) along with a few restaurants. All in all a great place and fabulous first time in Kefalonia. Although the airport is close by you really don’t get disturbed by the aeroplanes at all. I would highly recommend this as a place to stay.

A very nice base to spend a few days on that beautiful island, many beaches within driving distance and the airport is 7 min by car.

Lovely property kept spotlessly clean both inside and outside. Rania was very helpful and quick to respond to any questions. Poolnan abd housekeeper slso very friendly abd smiley! Villa was in a quiet area with own pool ideal for relaxing, quiet break. Amenities and beaches closeby in a lovely area with friendly staff in local restaurants. Would fully recommend and also re visit.

Very quiet. Spotlessly clean. Rania and anna very helpful. Fantastic for a relaxed holiday.stunning beaches close by within walking distance. Fantastic restaurant just over the road.

Stayed in Deluxe Suite Zephyros which is a superbly appointed studio apar**ent. Mainly suited for couples although can accommodate a small child. The suite is really well appointed and fully equipped for all your needs and benefits from a frequent maid service by the lovely Anna. There is a kitchenette with sufficient equipment and a washing machine in the bathroom. The verandah and pool area are particularly well appointed, The pool was kept meticulously clean and pool man visited every other day. The pool area although close to other villas is completely private with conifers on the borders. We mentioned a small issue with one of the sunloungers and Rania immediately had both sunloungers replaced with new. The villas are located in Svoronata which is only 5 mins drive from the airport. The area is quiet but well served with local tavernas and nearby beaches. Although not strictly necessary hiring a car is recommended to get most benefit from the area. Overall highly recommended accommodation and we are already considering returning next year.

Cypress Garden Villas is heaven on Earth. Five distinct and separate villas are situated amongst the orange groves, fresh rosemary, oregano and lavender! Exclusive, immaculate,serene and cozy. Each villa uniquely named, with its own back yard and pool. The villa itself is equipped with everything one needs to feel the comforts of home while vacationing in Kefalonia, Greece. Rania Chalkiadaki and Vaggelis Mantas, the owners of the property, are like family. Warm, friendly, hospitable who greet you daily with a smile. Two years now we have been coming to Cypress Garden Villas and plan on coming here every time our travels lead us to Kefalonia!

Cypress Garden Villas is a home away from home. It is beautiful, comfortable and just makes us feel happy to be there. Rania Chalkiadakis and Vaggelis Mantas are welcoming, warm and accommodating. Their professionalism and smiles makes us feel welcomed and we look forward to always rebooking!

My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Cypress Garden Villas. The villas are brilliantly designed, spotlessly clean, and have everything you need, from a washing machine and hairdryer to cooking and BBQ equipment. There is also a fantastic private pool and garden. Rania is an excellent host and the other staff are also really good. The location is also excellent, close to a supermarket and some very good restaurants and beaches. We absolutely recommend Cypress Garden Villas to anyone looking for a nice quiet getaway. We will definitely be back.
