Where do I begin? First of all, the rooms are so small and tiny. The room was not clean when we arrived, there was hair and dirt on the bathroom floor. There was food and stains on the carpet next to the bed. The toilet was having trouble flushing and at one point I just couldn't flush the toilet. It was stopped up so I went to the front desk asking for them to send a maintenance person. They told me that they do not have maintenance people on call. I asked to be switched to a different room and they said that they were booked solid and they could not switch me to a different room. First of all, if you're booked, completely booked and there are five floors worth of toilets in your hotel which is supposed to be an upscale Hotel then you need to have a maintenance person on call PERIOD. Luckily, someone booked two rooms by accident so I was able to switch rooms, however, this new room still was not clean. There were circle cut marks on all of the tables. There was dirt on the floor. There was some gunk or lotion or I don't know what it was in the shower. Lastly, what I didn't like was how heavy the doors were. Every time someone closed a door it slammed shut so imagine on a Saturday night after midnight when people are all coming back to their rooms slamming doors. I decided to switch hotels for my last night there because it was unbearable. I see that they are adding some charges to my credit card for some reason.

Our hotel stay was fantastic! The only downsides were the doors to our bedroom & bathroom being a little hard to close, then we were slightly bummed that the breakfast wasn’t free or cheap. Besides that, everything was perfect. The staff was very kind & helpful. The location was great. We will certainly keep AC Hotel in mind next time we consider staying in Little Rock!

Wonderful property. Beautiful room. The beds were wonderful. I was thrilled w the breakfast buffet food choices having food allergies. The only negative was the homelessness in the downtown location. My son and I felt unsafe walking to the park, dinner and back.

I truly enjoyed my stay front desk receptionist was so very pleasant Elizabeth she greeted me with a smile and radiant attitude. If I ever come back to Arkansas I'll definitely stay there. The room was very clean, the bed comfortable. Altogether a beautiful stay in a beautiful hotel.

The staff were very friendly and the beds incredibly comfortable. The facility was a little rough around the edges, but overall the stay was quite pleasant and a good value.

The hotel was very clean and modern, check in and check out were seamless and took no more than 1 minute, and all of the staff was very kind.

The hotel is very modern--nice updates. Well-appointed room, excellent shower. The staff was helpful and courteous. The restaurant has a limited dinner menu, but the food was good.I love the fact the free street parking on weekends, so I could skip the costly valet service!
