We should have found somewhere else immediately when we were greeted by a homeless man and the stench of urine and ****. The room wasn't half bad except the floor doesn't look like it's been cleaned in forever and we didn't have a microwave, even though we did have 2 ironing boards. We didn't even towels or a phone to call the front desk to ask for towels. Thankfully housekeeping was outside and gave us towels. We were in town for the marathon and expected a breakfast of waffles and eggs and got stale muffins and fig newton bars. I guess Covid killed the eggs, but the website needs to be updated. We were harassed outside by homeless men as well as inside in the elevators. The front desk personal said they don't allow them in, but that didn't keep a man from getting on the elevator on floor 7 while we got off at 9 and went the wrong way down the hall because we felt like he would follow us. Being that we thought our car was safe in their parking garage, we walked to get lunch and dinner and other than moving our car one time the whole weekend, we left it there. This morning as we were leaving, my passenger side door has been keyed. When I asked for the manager and if they had videos, I was told that I parked at my own risk and too bad. The fact the lady at the front desk wouldn't even get a manager for me to speak to shows that my opinion doesn't matter to them. Not even an offer to compensate some on my room to help cover the cost of the repairs to my car. I do not recommend this hotel. Pay a little more and get better service and security. I guess the old saying really stands that you get what you pay for.

The hotel itself was adequate. Our room was clean, comfortable, and well stocked. We missed out on breakfast (if it was served) because we left close to 10 AM. The parking garage is in need of some TLC (specifically lighting and the elevator made a weird noise) and security. The location is 6 blocks from Robinson Center and the free downtown trolly. It’s just a typical a budget hotel in downtown Little Rock.

They didn't have much for breakfast if anything at all. And it did take awhile for us to get linens for the room we just checked into but it could use some work.on the outside appearance like the upkeep of the trash in parking lots. The elevators could use some cleaning in the parking garage. As well as the parking deck. The wifi really is crappy when u get higher up from the front desk..

The staff, location, and cleanliness were all very poor. Problems were not resolved, just given an excuse. The visible lack of neglect at this location is very evident. The parking garage is now open to the public and the hotel staff allow anyone to use it as needed. I was very uncomfortable having to walk from my car to the hotel alone. Security is not available during daytime. The entire place was very dirty inside and out.

The property is older and some areas are in disrepair. The ac unit was extremely noisy, making it impossible to sleep. The parking area was dimly lite and the walk in from the parking area was also. The rooms were clean, for an older hotel. Check-in and check-out was easy and fast. The staff was pleasant and friendly. Overall, not bad if they fix the noise ac units.

I asked for 1 room with a full bed than for the second room to have beds. I also requested that the rooms be smoke-free. We ended up with both rooms only having one bed and the first room smelling heavily of smoke and had cigarette butts out in the sink and toilet. The adjoining room lock was broken and wouldn't lock and the second rooms bathroom wouldn't shut properly. We felt very unsafe and grossed out by our stay.
