小石城希爾頓安泊飯店(Embassy Suites by Hilton Little Rock)

First room we were placed in was dirty clothes full trash cans beds not made the moved us to another room we called to request request blankets and sheets and towels never recived them finally had to get up go down stairs and get them myself I was not happy about that so my son went to sleep on a mattress and his jacket I expect some type of discount or something to make up for my time and money I spent on this trip it was already a heard trip cuz I was putting my some in to a rehab but this made it 800 times worse I can’t do this anymore

Well things was broke in the room and they didn’t bring us towels they air was half way working and trash was behind the lay out bed and didn’t have no covers

I called and called the hotel to find out about early check-in.. there was no answer, Even the hotel reservation team tried and gave up. It was a poor experience!

I wanted to do a staycation for my Birthday. I absolutely enjoyed myself. Much needed rest I did receive and the bed was extremely comfortable!!!

The property was convenient. However, the bathroom had insects., i.e, gnats or fleas around the base of the bathtub. The 2nd room that they placed me in was larger. However, it looked like it was not completely furnished, and the carpet was filthy. I should be reimbursed for this hotel stay. It was completely out of character with Embassy Suites I've visted before.

This hotel needs a serious rehaul. The elevator I was in nearly trapped a few of us as we were trying to go up. My room looked cheap, and it was the King's suite. My room was not ready during my check-in time.

Red stains on carpet, frig leg broken, TV did not work, bathroom door did not lock, shower floor very slippery

My experience at this property was horrific! There was construction going on from 7am to 11 to 11:30pm at night. Well beyond city allowed ordinances! It was ridiculous they did not move us until the last day of our stay. I went without sleeping and my husband and I were met with unnecessary lack of accountability and response by all hotel management and staff. It has been my experience with Embassy Suite properties that issues of this magnitude be met with immediate resolution and a refund of stay. Do NOT stay at this property.
