The staff in this hotel made my experience horrible. Waited 15 mins at reception to be checked in, only for my room key not to work. Decided to go to the restaurant for my 7.30 reservation. Restaurant seemed empty but I still had to wait 5 mins until a member of staff seated me. Extremely limited menu. Once I made my mind up on Lasange, I had to find a staff member to take my order, not surprised when I found 3 members of staff hiding around the back of the restaurant not doing any work. Food was ok but overall I feel the staff don’t care about their job. I made a point of telling the manager about the service I had received but he simply brushed it off and said it was due to changes in staff and training. This is unacceptable and not up to Premier Inn standard. I have also wrote a complaint to Head office about this.
