七山旅舍(Hostel Seven Hills)

This very bad experience, amazing Very strong smell of laundry detergent the Pillow and quilt, I tried to cancel my reservation for the next day , she actually refused to cancel and refused to refund the money. Although it's not a lot of money, it's only about $12 euros, but it gives me a very bad feeling.

接待處的人非常友善。飯店衛生也不錯，可惜沒有獨立衛浴。出遊很方便，地鐵站就在樓下。附近有很多餐廳。

Accueil lamentable, expérience déplorable, de plus on nous raccroche systématiquement au nez sans explications. Nous avions réservé une chambre pour 2 personnes et 3 nuitées, arrivées sur place on nous attribue une espèce de studio sinistre et complètement insalubre ( voir photos), de plus la serrure de la porte ne fonctionnant pas impossible de la verrouiller. Nous refusons cette option et demandons une autre alternative. Devant le peu de motivation et de professionnalisme de l'hôtelier nous décidons de demander le remboursement de notre séjour et de trouver un autre hébergement en catastrophe, je précise que nous sommes 2 jeunes filles effectuant un premier voyage en solo et ne parlant que très peu le portugais. Quelques jours après et ce malgré l'accord de l'hôtelier je constate que la somme à été débitée malgré cet engagement, ce dernier affirmant que nous ne nous sommes pas présentées, heureusement nous avons pris les photos ci-jointes attestant de notre venue. Etablissement à éviter absolument, mauvaise foi, insalubrité et manque de probité évidentes.

Une honte. Établissement à fuire. Tout est extrêmement sale de la chambre au WC. Draps sales +++. Douches bouchées... Chambres non chauffées. Je ne comprends pas comment les gens ne se plaignent pas plus...Très très bruyant. Personnel incompétent. Fuyez si vous le pouvez.

- The room was quite big, however very dark and it wasn't possible to open the window. The room was clean but the smell of the cleaning supplies was overwhelming. - The bathrooms were not in a good shape: most of the showers didn't have the right support, so washing hair was challenging. Toilet seats were broken. - Kitchen and dining area were fine. - Unfortunately the door of the building was often open, so during the last night someone was trying to barge in and kept ringing and knocking on the door. - Position is ok, 20/25 minutes from main station, not a beautiful neighborhood

We were very disapointed by this hostel. Its looks much better in the pictures. There was no breakfast at 4 euros just like promised, room was very small and you have to share the bathrooms with all the other clients. They gave us the 2nd floor but it was more like a 4th floor with no elevators. I wouldnt recommand this hotel at all. Only good thing was the location, near metros
